The overall room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the shower had some rust and peeling paint, and was a little outdatec

Staff is friendly. The property is well kept and clean my family and I enjoyed our stay I definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem. The room was super clean. The room was also very spacious. There were amenities for bathing and washing your hands. The room had a medium sized refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. There is a continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and orange juice it was enough to start your day. There are some rough patches but it is in the process of being ironed out. There is security parking behind a gate and the parking area is clean. The cleaning staff is also very polite, helpful and professional. The owner of the hotel is also very nice, professional and hands on to improve the standing of the hotel. I highly recommend this location for your stay in New Orleans. It has become my new go to hotel whenever I am in New Orleans.

It was fine, affordable. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. THEY ARE SO RUDE. as well as others not just me. They don’t care to help.

Didn't necessarily seem like a safe area. But the room seemed clean and recently remodeled.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a very good selection and was checked on by staff often. Also breakfast area was very clean. Pleasantly surprised for pricing.

Beds seemed clean, most of the room was ok, but cleaning should have been a little bit better. We read some google reviews on roaches after we booked… We found only one tiny roach, dead on the bathroom floor. Beds were quite comfortable. Large fridge in the room is a plus. Good temperature with the A/C, but the A/C is not properly maintained so it made a knocking noise and was very loud. It smelled weed everywhere in communal areas, kind of obnoxious. The door to the bathroom was impossible to close. (Due to swelling of the material / water damage). There are some definite plusses and minuses with this Hotel. But for the money it is okay. Parking was free, and we experienced no theft. We also had good experience with the front desk, no brandishing of pieces etc as some have mentioned in other reviews. Both elevators worked flawlessly. Ice machine worked great. Lyft down to Bourbon St. Was only 22$. Could we / would we stay again? Yes, we would definetly consider it. We did not test their breakfast.

Our first room we booked had an odd smell but the front desk clerks immediately got us changed into a better room! We also had to get extra towels a few times and they were always polite and efficient.

Water was to hot, had a funny smell in the hallway but over all it was a nice stay

I was there twice and I paid $50 deposit never received neither one of my deposit back the first time I understand but the second time I still have not received my $50 deposit

Breakfast included barely anything and that was very disappointing. Other than that, pretty nice hotel. Only one functioning elevator and the ice machine on my floor was broken. Appreciated the gated parking lot.

It smelled of marijuana in the halls, elevator, and parking lot. The bathroom smelled like mold. The outside door into the hotel was not locked so anyone could get in. The TV remote did not work. The water in the bathroom tub was running / dripping the whole time and smelled like mold. The only thing decent was the AC.
