Ok

The staff was friendly unfortunately our room was terrible. There was an odour to the room and the sink in the kitchenette kept backing up with brown sludge. They never came to tidy tidy the room up and bring fresh towels or empty garbages. And by the time we got back to the room there was no one at the front counter.

: prise. -: everything else. The main disadvantage - furniture. I have seen better in yard sales. My mattress was completely worn out, chair was worn out. tiny room, 1 chair for 4 persons and you could not fit another, "kitchen" is a joke. Well, if you compare it with a tent, it would be slightly above, but ... The rate of 2-star?!! Ha-ha. 0 is the proper number. Never again.

Clean, easy to book in Now driving where there is only one way to getting into the parking lot of the road a little bit hard one way street on a major highway The A/C loud even the other room you can hear it Hard to sleep

I had a wonderful stay in this motel. Lots of natural light and a good view of the river. Within walking distance of the Boom burger, grocery store, bakery, ice cream shop and restaurants. Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was recently renovated. Sadly the power grid in the room wasn't up to charging my potable battery pack. I tripped the breaker several times.

Location was convenient

There was no staff to clean rooms, make beds or provide assistance if needed. We cleaned our own trash cans using our own trash bags. Also had to deliver used towels to office and pick up new ones before 10:00 PM. The room was uncleaned when we arrived and never swept or vacuumed during our three day stay. One positive. On the last day they did provide some Chinese Tea that my wife requested on our first day there. Evidently they only provide coffee. Overall I would not recommend this property.

The room was clean and ok for sleeping. Bad smell in the room like rotten eggs. Could smell cigarette smoke in our room when neighbour went for smoke outside the door. Very small ok for a couple or one person, if just need a place to sleep.

This motel was easy to find and close to where we needed to be.

Run down, uncomfortable beds, had to pay $20 extra for our son even though there were two double beds in the room. Had to ask for extra towels and shampoo even though they were aware there were three people coming. People were friendly though

Room was very clean. Not excited about the monkey designer shower curtains 🙄. Bathroom door had white duct tape over a hole. Microwave and fridge was not working in my room (perhaps a blown fuse?🤔) The door to my room had a single flimsy door knob lock... Might have felt a bit safer if there was at least a chain lock added.

It is old and is not that clean

Spent the night here to make it on time to an exam in town. Was decent for what i paid.good staff they turned the heat up for me in my room before i arrived. Thankyou

The room designated for Expedia members is a downgrade from the rest. There was a strong perfume scent in the room that is unhealthy for allergy sufferers. The bathroom sink was cracked, bathtub heavily stained and toilet was loose, not stable. The beds, we only sat on them, were not very comfortable. I wasnt in the room for long before i reacted to the scents. The young lady at the front desk was so adorable and kind. I was granted a refund but had to pay to clean the room after our departure ($30). I was shown another room but that perfume scent was still there. I would not recommend this place to allergy sufferers, it was the first room booked through an online provider that i ever had to cancel. I would like to make it very clear that staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Management also agreed to a refund without difficulty.

The rooms are clean but there isn’t much support available if you need it. Rooms are used as long term rentals and noise can be an issue

It was smelly, spiders, dirty windows, and a dirty stained bathtub.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

The bathroom exhaust fan is so noisy that I can hear it even when the door is closed.

Everything was good, fast and easy check-in. Friendly staff.

The cons: Very thin blanket on bed, no housekeeping unless asked for, no hairdryer in bathroom, not anything to leave your suitcase on, AND a dreaded pedestal sink. The pros: inexpensive. If you’re just sleeping here it’s fine. Easy driving access to the main touristy things in Charlottetown.

Was on a motorcycle trip the place is a bit dated but I was there just to sleep room was clean the lady that checked me in Vegas very nice

Staff was efficient and friendly, bedding and towels were clean, but unfortunately the condition of the room left something to be desired. With some modernization and renovations it could be a great spot.

Motel was rated as being renovated. Sink in bathroom was cracked in several places. Walls were dirty. Microwave was dirty. Floors were not clean and above all we were sitting on the bed and felt something was biting. We put bedding down there were bugs in the sheets and on the mattress. Mattress had stains on it. We tried calling the office and there was no answer. We left the motel and had to rent another room for the night. I will never return to this motel again. Hopefully expedia will get us our money back.

Towels were soft. I did not like anything about the motel, very dirty , not sure how they clean , feet got dirty just walking on the floor, windows don’t lock properly, bed not comfy would not recommend to anyone, staff did not do anything when I complained

Great communication with the office manager after our booking was affected by our flight cancellation. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Access is on a divided piece of roadway, the main road access to Charlottetown.

Property was on a busy street. Room looked nothing like their advertising. It was bare bones. Only a sheet and a blanket on a bed. There was no closet, dresser or even a rack to put my opened suitcase on. Rooms only got cleaned if you told them that you wanted it cleaned. On the upside it was cheap. I won’t stay there again.
