Room are clean and nice / Carpark limited / Restaurant have only i cook can't order food need to wait more than 1 hr.

Problem with WIFI connection and likere all over Thailand they pretend like they understand the problem,but their not😡. After the problem was solved,everything was perfect😁

Overall a good hotel with everything you need. Easy to access from main road with good parking availability. Ok breakfast buffet. Big swimming pool. Nice small bar with tasty cocktails on 3rd floor. Quiet, spacious, clean and convenient room and bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

A real pleasure to have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, bathroom was fantastic. Close to the passione shopping centre and a few good spots within walking distance. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Exactly what you want from a hotel.

Room was very clean but there was little smell of the drain in toilet area. Complimentary drinking water bottle seal (both 2 glass bottles) was not in good condition, making me feel uncomfortable to drink from these bottles.Staff was professional and service-minded.

Clean and modern .staff very helpful would stay again

Great location adjacent to a mall with plenty of good shopping and restaurants The room was clean so was the bathroom Located in the Main Street it is noisy at times One whoukd expect that staying for 7 nights front office would have provided us with a quiet room on the pool side they did not Front office is the problem of this property Unprofessional at times rude and impolite And seems to totally wanted to ignore the concerns of guests Housekeeping was overwhelmed with cleaning and was not able to clean our room before 4 pm which was a serious bother Breakfast is adequate not fantastic though good coffee is available Staff are m the restaurant very helpful and polite Security guard in the covered garage was extremely nice and helpful. This could have been a perfect stay if only front office staff would have been pleasant helpful and polite ! A first for us as we only encountered fantastic Thai accommodation and kindness all over the beautiful Kingdom of Thailand .

The room and the facilities are perfect. The pool is clean and attractive with deep blue tile that makes the water look blue like the ocean. The breakfast is everything that I wanted.

Great but no food service after 10 pm and far from the main shoping eara

As always the staff is wonderful. Ms Ya and Mr Bang are the reasons that we continue to return. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, hotel is minutes from a modern shopping mall and close to local cuisine. The only downside to this trip; was that the bar was closed the entire time for conferences. You could still enjoy a drink, but in the hot open common way.

Great place to stay. New and fresh. Wonderful people. Only downside is that they need to expand breakfast, it took like 15 minutes to get some eggs made - not due to poor service, just that there was only one lady cooking and 20 people asking for eggs.

Very nice and comfy. Friendly staff. One thing that I would add more is that the hotel should have prepared all amenities for the extra person when they already charged for the extra bed. Most amenities are set only for two people and cannot asked for the third set as staff said that there‘re only enough for two persons (except towels).

Nice and comfortable hotel. Very new as well. The staff were all very helpful. There were 3 elderly in our group who have difficulties walking, so they hotel promptly brought us chair so they can use in the shower. Would recommend this place for anyone needing to stay in town.

Our room is Big king size bed. It's one of the most comfortable you can get. Love the mattress and pillow. Also the room layout is very romantic but the bathtub should be more clean. Breakfast is very good with good coffee very nice touch. You can find your self relaxing even you are on business trip

The hotel is new and modern. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in city of rayong. high value to money.

My room is on 4th floor. I can see pool when i go to balcony.

I was really happy with my stay there. The room is modern and clean. The staff is friendly. It is close to the road however when inside the room I didn't here anything at all. But that's maybe because I had my room at the back. The breakfast is above average. At the pool there where no towels provided.
