It was clean, staff was friendly, and great location. Downside was the the room was really dated, bed wasn't very comfortable and our mini fridge didn't work.

I happen to find this place in Naha, Okinawa because my usual hotel was already full. My cousin had done his research and suggested this place. At first, I wasn’t so excited about it, but when I saw the hotel and lobby, I was truly amazed how nice it was for the money yet u

People at front desk was very nice. Having 4bed in a room was perfect for family trip.
Breakfast buffet was so hearty and delicious.
And good location, many convenient stores ware nearby and close to beach.

This property was a great find at 9 pm and although it was challenging to communicate with the staff and breakfast buffet was not great, it was nothing bad on the hotel or staff just a fact that they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Japanese. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in the area for a quick and solid place to sleep and eat

Staffs are not helpful. The first room they gave me was terrible, smelly, dusty and aged! Moreover, the window in the room is a fake one, it is facing the lobby and can’t be opened. I asked front desk staff for another room, however they said it is a free upgrade for me...... I insisted to have the “original” room type that I booked. They refused at the beginning. I had to ask another staff to ask their manager to fix it. It took me more than 45 mins to get a room that is not smelly, but still aged and dusty. The only good thing is checkout was fast.

overall is not bad, only 20 minutes walk to monorail. the room is large but not too tidy. service is good as the concierges know english, which is not common in japan

What I liked most was the clean bathroom and it’s always stocked with complimentary toiletries The hotel location is less than 10 minute-walk to a small beach.

Nice hotel but I find that if you want extra pillow, it costs ¥300... very strange!!! I have never encounter this policy in other hotels before.

入住之前，我 send 了兩次e mail 希望改為 non smoking room，no reply at all. 唔緊要，到達時 check in counter 態度差，唔緊要，唔識英文，唔緊要，唔可以換 non smoking，我連續住四晩，是否很難相信其中一晩改為 非吸煙房也不可能，都唔緊要，唔可以幫助客人，都唔緊要，但全間房得一個插頭電制可以用，都唔緊要，仲要係壞的，义不到電，所有東西只有一個洗手間插頭可以义電。
又不是特平價酒店，不知為甚麼，這樣差，而且，廁所水倒流，滿地氈煙頭印。永不可能再相信評價。

Overall it’s a fine place to stay with young children and conveniently here is a park nearby. The staff is friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast is a reasonable value. The room condition however was a bit disappointing, since the carpet was torn and the wallpaper was pealing. Nonetheless, the entire facility was sparkling clean. If you don’t mind to walk a few steps the location is ideal, nothing is too far out of reach on an island.

The rooms were tiny (too small to open suitcases) as could be expected for the price and have not been renovated since the hotel changed names and the interior is like a well maintained, older hotel. Although the everything was very clean, we had to ask to change rooms due to a strong cigarette smell in the first one we were sent to. The reception staff spoke English well and were e very polite. Changing rooms fixed the problems.
