The location is in the back end of an office park - which is actually quiet and convenient. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and the hotel is in good shape. This property punches way above its weight in terms of price-to-quality - highly recommended.

Great location, butnot easy to find as the address was incorrect. It is Baker Ave extention not just Baker Ave.
No soap,shower gel, or lotion in the bottles in the shower. If you use the microwave, it blows the circuit. The emergency door end of hall next to our room, the handle was pulled away from the door and hanging off.
All of these were fixed when I told them about it BUT why wasn't the management aware??? The front desk girl Cara was wonderful and got everything done ..

As we walked to our rooms, we saw bags of trash and dirty dishes waiting to be picked up in the hall. The breakfast room was unappetizing, with dirty tables and food spilled on the counters around the serving areas.
Good that you used cardboard plates instead of styrofoam but there were NO receptacles for recylables.
Room was terrific-- great attention to detail, nicely designed for convenience and comfort.
Overall a nice hotel but I think they are understaffed.

Staff was cheerful and friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival which was nice after a long flight. Breakfast wasn't the best, but very nice to have. Rooms are remodeled, so rooms were clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel from cleanliness, breakfast, check-in, location, modern were perfect, accept get our room clean. We stayed three nights and we new at check in they only cleaned every other day, which was OK. The third day we returned around 4:00 pm and ws going to take a nap before going out for the evening, and our room was not cleaned. We called down and they said they would be getting to it and after a while, when nobody came, we called and asked for towels, soap and toilet paper, which we were out of and we would clean our own room.

We arrived late from a flight from Aruba, we were greeted by a friendly reception, and the room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful! We will stay again when we fly from Boston 😊

We were looking for a convenient and comfortable hotel in Concord, MA. The Residence Inn is in an out of the way industrial park area (hospital, etc.) away from the very narrow streets and challenging parking of downtown Concord. But close enough to have very easy access.

This place is heads and shoulders above the other places in the vicinity. More recently renovated, more room space and better staff. Even the breakfast is a few steps above. Would like to see more maintenance of the parts of the rooms that require deep cleaning - wallpaper, upholstery, baseboards. That being said, it still ranks far higher than the Colonial Inn, the Best Western across the street (majorly rundown and old) or the Element.

We like to stay there as the rooms are large.The breakfast was very good. Beautifully done bathroom.Mattress one of the best I've slept on. Always my first choice when visiting the area, if the price is right for me.
P.S.Not part of my review but I meant to mention to the front desk on our way out that the shower door handle is starting to loosen and needs tightening

The hotel was just okay. The pool was small and cold. The kitchen stove worked pretty good but the sink garbage disposal was horrible. Staff wasnt at the front desk most of the time you had to wait until they saw you through a camera.

I would definitely go back and stay; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was good, but there were a few stains on the sofa and dust collected in carpet corners or for example, where the carpet met the bed platform. Otherwise, it was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, which is very important.
If breakfast had plant-based options, that would have been awesome.
