The hotel location is very central and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, overall I enjoyed my stay

Iv travelled over 25 countries, driven from uk to north Iraq, twice, and uk to istanbul 3 times, plovdiv holiday inn is ultra professional, the staff are absolutely lovely ,the food is excellent the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are perfect, iv stayed twice now and wouldnt even consider anywhere else , they have achieved perfection

Hotel was fine, good location near the centre, helpful and nice staff like Victoria but also others at the bar and the guy for parking. Breakfast was good and complete. TV was equipped with many different channels My room was a bit small and i almost could not pass between the desk and the bed

Bate and Switch! When booking this expensive stay, Hotels.com CLEARLY stated Free buffet breakfast and free WiFi, then upon arrival I was told the breakfast buffet is an extra 11 Euro per person. The confirmation does not say breakfast included but when you go to book the room it still says Free buffet breakfast and free WiFi so this is indeed a bait and switch and I feel cheated. Otherwise hotel was fine.

One of best hotels I stayed in during my two weeks in Bulgaria. Extremely professional and polite staff, good location, good breakfast and a QUIET great room (a rarity in BG). Also there’s the grocery store adjacent to this property so that’s solid

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and very helpful with our queries. Our rooms felt brand new and were extremely clean, with great amenities. The hotel was located a block away from the people we were visiting which was great, and was in a quiet but accessible location.

I arrived with my car and there were no free parking spot so i parked my car to the Turkish restaurants park spot which was around this hotel. Nobody helped me to park my car to anywhere. The air conditioner of the room was central controled, I could not sleep because of the changing heat of the room. I asked the relevant person how to heat it up or down, he said it is impossible and advised me to open the windows and left my room at 4am. It was full of ridicilous and horrible things. I will never gonna stay on this hotel for my next trips. I advise noone to stay here. I could not get any satisfaction despite paying much money to this hotel.

The hotel is very good, modern, quite new by the way it looks, i had an executive room which was excellent, there are some good restaurants near by . staff are very friendly, breakfast was Ok Good coffee!

great and helpfull staff,breakfast was good,location is by 15 min walk to old city,parking for car,Rooms are a bit smaller and more suitable for couples but anyway they are very satisfying And certainly they will not prevent me from coming back :-)

Everyone of the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: For each taste (Continantel and hot breakfast, fresh fruits, Joghurt, very good coffee etc) Somtimes its a bit noisy from the street- dependig on the room; but when the windows closed its quiet.

I thought it is a great new hotel in Plovdiv with very clean, modern, bright rooms with comfortable bad, But.. We were there three times this year (we are tourists from Sofia) during three different seasons and each time the air conditioning was able to work only in cooling mode (even now in the autumn when outside it is 13 degrees C and even lower at night)! The staff explained to us that the system can be configured to work only in one mode: cold or hot. We were shocked. And when we asked why in 1st of October they did not configured it to heating mode the answer was: the temperature will increase a little in the next few days. Like it is going to be 30-35 degrees C and be summer again!!! It is absurd, and even more shocking that the staff accepted this explanation as very logic and matter-of-course.! This is absolutely unacceptable for every hotel that advertises that it offers air conditioning with heating and cooling, and even more unbelievable for a 4-stars hotel! That was our last stay there. We have now returned sick and will need to take medicines. And the most interesting thing was that in the lobby the heating was working... Very disappointing !!!

Great room- clean and comfortable with decent aircon. Bathroom was good- powerful shower. Parking was outside the front of the hotel, although there are only a few spaces. Staff were professional although not all of them were as helpful as at many of the smaller hotels we stayed in during our road trip around Bulgaria. On returning one night at 11.30, we were told that the bar was closed and no attempt was made to offer a solution. Strange, as it was open until 12 the next night. The location is ok- only a 20 minute walk into the centre, but in future I would stay somewhere closer during summer, as the walk is not too pleasant in the intense heat! Useful supermarket just next to the hotel, but more of a walk to decent restaurants.

We stayed for 2 days.Great being room and clean but we have to change the room because there was no way we can control manually our A/C in the room.It was very hot in the room and the hotel did not have a maintenance to take care of the problem.The other room the A/C worked well but 5-6 our after working the was leaking water from the A/C over our suitcases and belongings.Not pleased at all with the stay and the rooms.We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 days and all of them them had A/C problem.I dont think they understand customer service.If you come with a car they have only 10-12 parking spots available.If the hotel is full with more cars you will have trouble to park your car near by.The gym to small and to hot enough for 2-3 ppl only.
