Not many bad things to say really but a couple nasty spiders and a windy door that sounded like someone was trying to get in definitely made the stay a little less comfortable than desired. Other than that the place was great. Very clean and the hot tub was nice but loud so running it after 10pm may be a problem

Great getaway! While dates, everything is clean and cute! The spa tub was great! Great communication from Shane.

Clean quit place with easy access to the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Very clean-our unit was roadside but the easy access to the peaceful River and outdoor amenities more than made up for it! Close to downtown and the RMNP. We will definitely book again

Comfortable cabin. Beautiful river view. 5 minute drive to Beaver Point entrance to the park. Wonderful restaurant within walking distance. Only downside was the shower which had extremely poor water pressure. We ended up just doing a quick sponge bath. Everything else was great and super convenient for park access.

Great location near RNMP entrance. We stayed in cabin#1 which was by the road- some traffic noise. Excellent quality mattress, linens, towels. Cheap paper products- would bring your own toilet paper. Significant crack under outside door- hopefully fixed by owner after our stay. Also shower very poor pressure- hopefully fixed as well. Kitchenette very adequate for 4 -day stay. Didn’t use TV- DVD option would have been nice.
Limited times to contact owner/housekeeping but responsive to text during that time. Would definitely stay again if door and shower fixed.

We really did like it here! It was affordable and had everything we needed. The cabin wasn’t perfect, but it was perfect for us. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower needs some attention, it’s a trickle at best.
The location was great, far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a few minute drive to town. The property is also across the road from the Rocky Mountain Tavern, which has amazing food and drinks!

Awesome views from deck, short walk to river, less than 2 miles to RMNP, Plan to be back next year.

Cabin itself was ok. A typical old rustic cabin; and super conveniently located. Close to the national park, restaurants, the town! Now, there does seem to be some sort of miscommunication between Expedia and the actual cabin hosts - on Expedia and via email j was told I’d get check in instructions 24 hours before check in. I also spoke with the property via Expedia chat and was told I’d get my check in instructions “shortly” (this was a day before check in). I realized later I never got them. What I did get, despite asking for early check-in, was a text at 11:22 the day of, asking me for my CC info. I was driving and kind of in the middle of nowhere with limited service and by the time I arrived at my destination my phone died shortly after and I wasn’t in a place to call someone and give them my cc info (there was a lot of other people), then my phone died. By the time I finished my tour, it was 5:45. I went to my car, charged my phone got a text saying I wasn’t gonna get my check in info and that they had closed at 5:30. I panicked and called and after 2x of calling they picked up. The guy who picked up was rude and not friendly at all. He said “none else had this issue before,” well Karen, since when is everyone the same? Anyways he was super rude and I just read him the number so he would stop being rude. I got back that night pretty late, I noticed the cabin was FREEZING. UNBEARABLE. FOR 3 nights I suffered and I even had to buy a 40$ sweater!!! I want to write more..

The manager doesn’t micro manage and they make the stay a 10/10 experience . It was extremely clean and also the manager communicates very well with clients. The property around the cabins was also very well maintained.

Nice quaint little cottage. Everything worked but the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way and front door was hard to open and close. Need to upgrade the coffee and coffee maker. Bed was fine.

Great stay. Lovely location. A washer dryer would have been helpful for long stays.

Such a cute cabin. The bed was super comfortable, the cabin exceptionally clean. The spa like jacuzzi tub was amazing. There is no AC but there is a fan and at night the temps cool down so we opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air. I would stay there again without hesitation

Our cabin was right on the road, but the river was still only a few feet‘s walk. Two separate rooms—one of which had the kitchen and dining room integrated. Ideal for two couples traveling. Very peaceful.

good bed and pillows. Rather funky shower that didn’t have a door. shower and bath faucets have constant drip. needed a hair dryer which they later provided, but we needed an early start to get into the park. if you are a light sleeper don’t get cabin 1. road noise.

There was not enough coffee for all 4. One of us only use decaf. She said there is no decade. Also i have stayed at many airB&B and there is always salty. I asked for salt and she said you have none.

Cabin 5 was rustic but quaint. Nice view of the stream and wildlife. Stream bench was a bit shaky.

Cottage was perfect, clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of room. Beautiful view from our deck, with fishing just steps away. Communication was great as far as checking/out and making sure we had everything we needed.great location for getting to Park and I to town, very close to everything

We loved our stay here! We stayed 6 nights to enjoy the Rocky Mountains. I loved how close it was to the Beaver Meadows entrance. It was also only a few minutes to downtown.
We had the two queen bedroom cottage. We loved being right on the river and we enjoyed the back deck. Taylor was really sweet and she would text us to see if we needed any supplies or to take the trash out.
Overall we had a great experience here and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a very good location. It's close to a main road but not on it so it's quiet. Restaurants and a market are nearby. It's next to a stream. It has a nice deck by the river with a grill. It is very rustic. Some would think it's dated, others would think it quaint. It is not for those looking for luxury. It would be a great place for a group to stay as there are different size cabins and all face into where the deck and grill are located. Requests were answered quickly. We were in the smallest cabin. It had a kitchenette, which was fine for our purposes, and enough plates, etc. for two. If a guest wants to cook meals, I suggest bringing cooking supplies as they are limited (in this cabin). The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay of two nights.

The location is beautiful and perfect for visiting RMNP. Communication with staff was very good and their follow-up was also appreciated. The 'resort' is very pretty and very cottage-y -- it is not a hotel. That being said, I chose the smallest and cheapest of the units because I knew we wouldn't be in the room much, other than to sleep. It was very clean and contained a small kitchenette. Although it was perfect for our needs, I would probably request a bigger unit if we ever returned. My husband isn't a big guy -- 6 ft. and @ 170 lbs., but the bathroom was small with the old low toilet and he had issues! ;) and kept bumping his head. Staff were very good with communication and, although there is not daily housekeeping (fine with me), they did contact me the next morning to see if we needed anything. That was definitely appreciated. I can't attest to the other units, but the grounds were very nice and the deck area with chairs and grills (didn't use) was perfect for sitting and having a drink while watching the river flow.

The cabin is too outdated, there was a nice vibe about it, but some things were too old and broken. Example the heaters were missing the on/off nobs which make really hard to regulate de rooms temperature.
Overall was a okay stay and the place has a good price and a great location.
