Very friendly people. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast prepared as requested, no fuss and excellent quality. I was going into town (10 mins. Walk) it was raining heavily and immediately offered to drive me up. Could not ask for more from a guesthouse stay and will definitely go back if in the area. 4 night stay was a pleasure - thankyou👍

Extremely nice B&B. Easy to find, easy to park. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a slice of Victoria Sandwich waiting for us as well as tea making facilities. The breakfast was lovely, and the town was within a ten minutes walk.

Right from arriving we were made to feel very welcome by Martina. Our room was a good size with all mod cons. We had a spotless ensuite with a quite powerful shower. The towels were replaced every day and our bed made up. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice of fruits, yoghurts and cooked fry ups. Nothing was too much trouble. Brooke Lodge is located about 15 minutes walk into the centre of Magherafelt, ideal for meeting up with friends. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The hosts couldn't do enough for you! The room was immaculate, the bed huge, free toiletries, fantastically powerful power shower in large shower enclosure, brilliant breakfast, a great experience all round and for a great price! The only downside was that it is on the edge of Magherafelt, and not a short walk to a pub or restaurant. However, the proprietor was happy to drive me into town and it was a short taxi ride home afterwards, so problem solved!
