The location is perfect, it was very clean, the breakfast is fine. Based on the price, I found the hotel very good. Do not expect a good fitness room

This is a good *** stars hotel, with pleasant service, small bathroom, normal breakfast, and located at an excellent place in the city.

Lovely hotel a ten minute easy walk from the Metro (25 minute direct train from the airport) Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms, clean and spacious. Shower was small if you're over 6ft tall it'll be a bit of an adventure. Buffet breakfast great value. Area around the hotel is very gritty but was very safe and the locals couldn't have been friendlier. Air conditioning only blew hot air in both the rooms we had. Would definitely stay there again.

An amazing place! Cleanlines is high 10! Really loved staying at the place! 10min walking from downtown and also close to the Central Station. Have to mention as well that reception staff is great! Especially Stela!😊 Would book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Hotel was ok. Great value for money spacious room but tiny bathroom. Every morning at 8am there was no hot water but at least it was summer and could do cold shower. Nice budget hotel just the reception looked a bit intrusive and scanning when you come and go.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and all the main tourist attractions are easily reachable by foot. The room was kinda basic but it had everything you need. Bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was good. Definitely a good value for money!

This was a nice stay. Comfortable and centrally located. Quit room with air conditioner and a safe.

Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean room. Excellent shower. Only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast was made more complicated; less than half a cup of coffee, no toast, but plain bread was tasty. I'm sure the room-service guy would have put it right, but I'd started to feel sorry for him coming up and down in the lift with the coffee. Eggs and bacon very tasty!

It was an amazing time

Generally excellent however on one night coming back to the hotel it became apparent that I was being followed. This obviously made me very uncomfortable, especially when he waved at me from the street as I was going up the hotels glass lift. Quite panicked at the time I called the hotel reception to let them know what had happened with a description of the man who had followed me, asking that the staff pay attention to make sure he does not walk in. The woman on the phone was very dismissive, stated there was nothing she could do and generally acted like I was making a big deal out of it. I seriously considered moving hotels but was prohibited by the cost of doing so.

Central location easy access to city. Most things are walkable.

Fab location, super helpful staff. We booked a massage, very last minute, all were so accommodating. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Bathrooms nice, shower v small. Its simple, clean, friendly, easy location. Will stay again. Definitely recommend

Could be much better if not the heavy smell of cigarettes smoke in the room (room 52) and in some of the shared spaces. all the rest was more or less fine, reception is very good, breakfast is nice, location is very good . Due to the smell problem i cannot recommend.

tayed here for a couple of nights and couldnt fault it. good value, handy location and friendly bar staff. no complaints from me.

The location of the hotel was pretty good. It was not far from the main railway station which is what I needed and it was also close to the centre of Sofia. Everything of interest including the Alexander Nevski cathedral and the Vitosha boulevard were within walking distance. The only drawback with regards to the location was that it was in a side street which made it a bit difficult for orientation in the dark and also nearby was a lot of gaming arcades and casinos - though it generally felt like a pretty safe area. The staff were polite and courteous. I arrived quite late in the evening and the person I dealt with first must have been a night time receptionist. She was a little bit confused at first but generally polite and helpful. She did ask me to leave my passport with her for 20 minutes though which I found a little strange ad staff normally deal with that sort of thing quite promptly. The condition of the hotel was pretty good. The furniture and bathroom equipment was a little dated but generally clean and in good condition. There was a walk in shower in the bathroom which was a plus.The breakfast was included and actually pretty good with plenty of choiceGenerally I would recommend this hotel who look for a comfortable no frills hotel that is in a convenient location.

The room was much bigger than I expected. Comfortable bed and I even had a large balcony! Breakfast was good, fantastic coffee and a real variety of hot and cold food. Well located and a quiet area.

Super clean, comfortable stay. Staff were really helpful. Everything a short stay hotel should be. Great location as well. Highly recommend.
