I loved the service from the staff (very helpful). Would have liked an oven in the room. The coffee maker stopped randomly making a cup of coffee a very slow process (not a huge deal breaker but could be fixed). Heard noises from faucets and furnitures in other rooms (it wasn't all the time but at times it was somewhat bothersome). The king bed of c1 was a bit to hard (made an uncomfortable sleep in occasions) Other than this, the place & staff were very nice.

Everything was fine the apt was clean and the facilities were great and quiet. The only thing that apt need it was paper towels or napkins

Overall everything it’s okay, but the entrance of the second parking lot need maintenance and improve.

Better than expected.

Great ocean view from the room we had, small tub on upper level, great pool on lower level both outside, very clean and spacious for sitting and chill. Manager and all staff were super nice. Roughly 15 min walk to beachfront and some restaurants. Our room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, AC in all rooms and very safe area. Overall Serenity was a pleasant stay for all our family members.

I like this property a lot, even though the location is inconvenient. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by car and forget about walking because you’ll have to go through steep windy roads in the mountains. The beach also doesn’t have a freshwater station to rinse yourself. But the property itself has a great ocean view, even if it is a bit far away and is very charming. The room we had had two huge beds and you are surrounded by nature and can hear the birds and frogs as you fall asleep. This place is perfect for a couples retreat. We loved Rincón and will definitely come back to this place P.s the pools are absolutely gorgeous and open 24/7

Lovey and relaxed setting. Very helpful staff. Difficult place to find..signage just not a thing in entire area! Restaurant recommendation for Taboo gave us our best dinner in PR .

We like the cleaniness, the location, the checkless entry, and the hot tub and pool outside our room. We forgot to iron my husband's shirt and loved the little table of amenities (i.e. iron) that was available by the office.

The street are very narrow to get to the property. They can improve the parking space.

Great bed. Freshly painted walls. Good TV and WIFI Two bedroom suite but master bedroom sink splashed on user. Luke warm shower in master bedroom. AC broken in master bedroom. Balcony overlooking ocean had two uncomfortable folding chairs and shared with AC condenser. Second bedroom shower had hot/med/hot/ cycling heat. No vanity light. Only one small light 6 feet from sink. Room cleaned once during four night stay but second bedroom towels not replaced. Sheets replaced with sand covered sheets. No Kleenex, no paper towels in kitchen. Only one spoon in utensil drawers. No desk, no suitcase holders, not one dresser in this large two bedroom suite. No beach amenities like chair, umbrella, snorkel, etc. Four minute walk to beach… but straight downhill. 8 minutes back.

We are returning here. Such a cool property and great location. Staff was so nice and helpful. No issues and recommend highly

Thr Roads, way to many turns and wined hills, just to get to place.

The parking area to small You have to leave the car out of your building.

This property was beautiful. Loved the hot tub and the pool. The beach was just a short walk down the hill. Rooms were clean and looked great. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s peaceful and quiet.

Stayed there 2 days and it was a great experience. From the view from our balcony and how big our room was. The pool was also a great spot to relax. Very clean and when i had a question they responded to me right away. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my first time staying at this property. The room was pretty clean. The only issue I had was the shower wasn’t very clean and the shower head was not producing much water. The pressure was low and water was basically just dripping out of it halfway through a quick shower

Hard to find. A local person lead me most of the way. But very nice once I got here. Very clean. Quiet. Close to the beach down a very steep road. Friendly staff. Friendly local people, like all of PR. Microwave, fridge, warm water, pool.

The most friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful staff I have experienced in a long time. The Guesthouse is enchanting.
