I believe they had bed bugs

We were very glad it was within walkable distance however when we got there the room was 78. The air conditioner did cool it eventually. The brochure stated conditional breakfast was included yet they did NOT offer it. We were told as of Labor Day it was discontinued. Desk man stated it was my fault for incorrect info because I booked it thru Hotels.com but I CALLED the motel personally before I booked it thru hotels.com and was told breakfast was included. I deserve better than that! There were also spider webs and flies on the floor and ceiling. Welcome to Ludington.

Whatever you are going to pay for this room is not a deal. Neighbors, whom I believe live there, were noisy late into the night outside our door. Janky parking. Room smelled horrible. Cobwebs, dead bugs on the walls, mystery stains...... Just gross. I would not have stayed if my husband hadn't been with me, felt unsafe. I took photos of the bugs and stains and cobwebs, but the app won't let me post them.

Very unfriendly welcome upon arrival. Desk clerk heavily emphasized the consequences of damage to the room, as if he were expecting we had destructive plans, and was very annoyed when asked for details about turning in the key
Room was clean, functional. and quiet.
Advertised breakfast was a complete failure Just four bagels, two yogurts, and orange juice were available when we were the first ones in for breakfast in the morning. Upon inspection all the bagels were moldy. When a new package of five bagels were brought out, these were all moldy, too, and that was all they had, so no breakfast.

This was for one nights stay and that’s all we could take. The room is depressing to be in. One of those small darker looking rooms that was old and didn’t look clean. The woman that checked us in was about as personable as a brick in the face. We would not ever stay here again. That’s all I can say.

Clean enough where I didn’t feel the need to leave but there was food in our fridge and dead mosquitos on the walls. There was a locked door with a light on under it that the lobby told me not to worry about. I assume it was a non-functional “luv tub” so they should have just said that. But also why was the light on? The bed was clean but uncomfortable. The prime location is the only upside to this place.

The Parking lot was very tight space to maneuver, But the Owners were very nice and Explained everything very well the room was very nice and the Bed Wasn't to soft or to hard it was actually Perfect would like to see a sprayer in the Shower makes it easier for people with Bad Backs

Would not allow a late checkout, even though only half the rooms were booked. Vacancy sign was constantly on. Toilet ran constantly. AC would shut off before the room cooled off. Basically an old fixed patched up motel.

The property is older and clearly the cleaning crew does what is necessary to keep it up, but not a lot of extra effort. There is built up dirt in the corners of the bathroom and mildew in the corners of the tub. Art on the walls is sun faded and sad, and the sheets are a little scratchy, but clean. The best part of the stay was that the AC worked and the location is very close to the beach and town. The refrigerator was good, but it might have been nicer to also have a microwave. It met our needs, but not very comfortable and quite worn. In the height of tourist season, we didn't have any other options really.

I was ok with my room it was clean and all I needed was a place to shower and sleep. I didn't like that there were several construction workers there and they had their pickup backed in right at my window. Just my luck that was where the cooler was with the beer. I didn't complain because I do remember being young and having to travel to different cities for work.

The bed was very comfortable! Check in was easy and smooth. It appeared to have been cleaned very quickly because spots in the bathroom were missed. Rooms are outdated but comfortable. Smoking stations right outside the door wasn't preferred. All in all a simple comfortable stay!
