I was asking for non smoking room but was given a smoking room. When I asked the lobby for a change even with increase rate, he was evasive to help but recommended to call up hotels.com instead and make another reservation.

I strongly advise against staying at this facility. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with unpleasant conditions. There was dog waste in the grass, and DoorDash reported that our food was stolen from the front door, indicating a lack of security. The state of the room was unacceptable. The carpets appeared to have water damage, were visibly filthy, and emitted a strong odor of mold and cigarette smoke. Walking on the carpet after getting out of the shower was particularly disturbing, as it felt sticky underfoot. It didn’t even look like the place had been cleaned at all. We were so concerned about cleanliness that we had to request fresh linens from the front desk just to double wrap our pillows, as we felt uncomfortable using the provided bedding. There are many other accommodations in the area that are similarly priced and offer much higher standards. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place does not meet even basic expectations.

It's ok.was a very good service.

People are friendly not rude including the folks that stay there. You can do your laundry $2 a machine it takes quarters only, bring your own. The front office will help with any questions. This place is pet friendly also. Several places to eat very close by as well as major shopping food/ retail etc.

Quiet and safe

The room smelled disgusting like old pet urine. Mold in the showers. Card is dirty and rolling off the floor. Walls are covered in food and dirt. Staff is nice

This was one of the dirtiest and most unsafe places we have ever stayed. The room was not clean or functional and the parking lot and surrounding area was so loud at all hours of the night.

Ok, as room look clean but as soon as i walk in there is a bad odor in the room.

If you are looking for a lot lizard or some meth then this is the hotel for you . I needed a cheap place to stay but I certainly chose poorly here . I don’t even stay the last night and chose to crash a friends couch instead . This is a nasty little festering boil on the city of Thousand Oaks . Clean the old broken cars out of your lot that have people living in them . Clean the people living in the bushes in the parking lot out . If I wanted to stay in Hollywood I would have . This place should be condemned . The pool was ok .

Staff was great but bathroom was clogged when I arrived & stayed clogged the entire trip issue was not looked into. Room smelled like pee. Having to pay for wifi was ridiculous. Fridge didnt work. Only 1 outlet in the entire room & it was by the sink. Floor was very dirty. AC barely worked.

Blood on the sheets and wholes in the curtains. We called the front desk and the person who came over basically said the the blood was from us because the room supervisor said it was not there before we checked in. I told the person we have only been there 10 minutes and had barely even un packed There were homeless people all around the property including a poor women with no shoes and torn clothes and very dirty 15 feet from our front door behind a wall. The key pads was very hard to use the keys were not working properly took many attempts to finally get it to work. The property is very run down.

This is one of those hotels just for shower and sleeping.

The staff are always fantastic. Very friendly environment. There seems to be a sense of family that i always enjoy.Not to mention the jacuzzi and swimming pool that i enjoy using for therapeutic purposes

I asked to cancel my reservation & they charged me $136.00 anyway. My car broke down & was unable to keep the reservation.

Beds are clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub are good. It was a nightmare checking in due to incorrect room reservation error made through Expedia. Room description on site is incorrect, hotel and Expedia blame the other. Had to re-reserve rooms with Expedia which the hotel ended up cancelling. Booked rooms directly through hotel in the lobby which was less expensive the Expedia. Now I'm going to be battling for a refund for cancelled rooms

The Premier Inn is very convenient and quiet. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

The staff were all so nice and professional. really comfy spot and lots of food around. definitely worth the money

Hallways smelled like urine, card key access didn’t work every day, mattress was old and lumpy, other guests argued outside our room every night, looked like section 8 housing, looked like a lot of meth addicts, didn’t feel safe, hotel in bad condition, didn’t look clean, outdated, skeezy, and possibly dangerous crowd. If I could give this hotel less than one star I would. My rating would be a “2.0.” I’m not sure how it was rated a “7.0” but it doesn’t even come close to a 7.0. The price should have been $45/night or $5/hour. Lol There was no free wifi but parking was free. Convenient location and the area seemed safe. It was just the building and the people staying/living at the hotel that seemed very unsafe and unsavory. The staff was really really nice though.

Nice,clean rooms!

The staff were nice, the rooms were not great. Looked like mold on the bottom of doors and baseboards, our room 267 had the bottom of the bathroom door cut off and you could look under the door into the washroom. Had to pay for wifi usage and there seemed to be water damage throughout the room (ceilings). Didnt really have a choice but to stay here but wouldnt stay here again in this condition.

First off I asked for a queen side bed and got a full size bed. The carpet was dirty, the place smelled like they were hiding the fact people smoke here. It was so super hot in the room and muggy. The bed felt like sleeping on a beanbag chair.
