All great!

This was my 4th time staying at Chez Nous, and I keep coming back because of their warm hospitality, professional service, and very well-kept property. Their staff always greet guests with a big smile and are eager to provide guidance or assistance. There being not that many rooms at this homely hotel really makes it feel like a cozy home away from home. I look forward to staying there again in the near future!

Overall it was a good experience but the room walls are thin, I heard everything by the elevator. Also the towel were very scratchy and outdated. But everyone was so nice and it was very safe.

It’s accessible by metro and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of eating places nearby and the Da’an forest park is within walking distance.

Love the area, quiet yet easy to access key districts.

The staff provided excellent service as usual, especially Hiko & Ivy. Although I was able to receive a room upgrade from my VIP member tier, I couldn't help but notice that the room required some maintenance. The rain shower had a leak, the paint was starting to diminish, and the blinds were not fully adjustable. Overall, the upgraded room did not quite meet the standard I would expect from my original room type which I’ve stayed multiple times. I appreciate the gesture of the room upgrade, but hope these maintenance issues can be addressed for a more seamless guest experience in the future.

Lovely hotel! The staffs were really friendly and helpful

The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was amazing with both shower and bathtube. The breakfast was cooked on the moment, and the chefs would cook for you additional stuff if you asked for vegetarian or vegan options.

The room is spacious .The bathroom is great especially I like the rain shower head. I enjoyed it very much.. The bedding is soft and comfortable.. Breakfast is great. Enjoyed different kinds of local food. The staff is very friendly and service is great. The location of the hotel is very close to the major subway line.. making travel very easy n conveniencem.

After reading the good reviews about its space and balcony, we booked a 25m room for more space. However our room looks like a standard hotel room and we did not get a balcony. It would be helpful to put into the hotel booking description which are the rooms that has a balcony. We had to rearranged the room to accommodate our 2 large luggage bags to be easily accessible and yet out of the way for a walking area. After that was sorted out we did enjoyed our stay here. Housekeeping was great. The room floorboard was clean. The huge king bed was comfortable and clean. It is bigger than a standard king sized bed. The bedding were top-notch. The toilet and towels were clean. The toilet seat was heated and fitted with electronic bidet’s selections. Drinks were provided free in the room. And a fantastic 24 hours free coffee, sparkling water, and snacks station is available at the lobby. Love their good coffees and sparkling water!! The breakfast was good and sufficient. The chefs cooked a different variety every day. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. The Da’an metro station was only a 5-minutes walk away, passing the high school field. Taxis were easily available too. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good stay.

Great location in a very busy district

Next to a school track and field, away from the busy traffic. Only 5-min to buses, 10-min to MRT, 3-min to closet 7-Eleven, 10-min from Shuttle stop to/from Taoyuan Airport

Excellent small hotel in a convenient part of Taipei with excellent services from the team

First time stay 4 nights in this quaint boutique hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk from MRT stations. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean but for 2 adults and lots of luggage we were barely able to move around the room. For our 23 days visit in Taipei, we’ve stayed in 4 different hotels. Chez Nous is a little gem in the city. Next time we will have to pay more and upgrade to a bigger room!!

This is in a quiet location right in front of a schools running track. There is a balcony with some seats you can relax on and watch the students do school activities if you want. The room is a unique design with unique soaps. The areas outside the rooms and the building itself is not that clean. I dont know why hotels still use carpets for common areas. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Water flow great and lots of natural light.

Excellent breakfast. Incredible hospitality. Staff are so NICE. Bedroom was spacious. 10/10.

Slept well, love the space of the room, actually not at the high floor, but the quiet vibe made me feel comfortable.

Small hotel with well equipped room and friendly staff. I was staying at their standard room , so it's a bit small but the room is comfortable especially the washroom, with hot and powerful shower, electric toilet seat and thermo ventilator. Location is central but really quiet at night, there's a 1960 bus to and from Taoyuan airport just 3 min walk away from hotel. Breakfast is also decent in Taiwan standard. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again next time.

Receptionists were very friendly. Nice and clean room. Walkable to Da’an Station and Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. Complimentary breakfast offered variety of foods, including Chinese and Western.

I had yet another delightful experience at Chez Nous Hotel in Taipei, since my last visit since December 2022. Throughout my stay, the staff, particularly Hiko, went above and beyond to provide warm and friendly service, which I truly appreciated. This time, I stayed at Chez Nous Hotel during two separate parts of my trip. However, during my first check-in at midnight Jul 15-18, I encountered a short-haired female staff member who seemed a bit reserved and less helpful. It's possible that she wasn't too pleased about her late shift. I believe providing her with better training could prevent her unwelcoming behavior from affecting the team's efforts. Despite this minor issue, the overall stay was fantastic for both me and my friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and look forward to returning in the near future. My best wishes go out to the hotel and the entire team!

The hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and couldn’t check into our room but the manager upgraded us to a room we could check into early. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is huge. Only compliant if that the AC doesn’t get as cool as you would like it despite setting the thermostat to 25C (felt more like 28C).

All the staff gave very good service at all times. We were greeted every time when we leave and return to the hotel. Although there was a bar just below the hotel, we totally experienced very peaceful time throughout our 1 week stay except for some occasional sounds from the room next door. The metro station is within minutes walk away and there are ample parking lots just around the hotel area.

A very nice and quiet area at night yet it’s very easy to get around the city. The Da’an district has many nice restaurant and bars around. The hotel staffs are very polite, kind and helpful through the stay.

Although is a 3 stars hotel, but I definitely give them a five stars service Room is very comfortable, 5 minutes walk to the underground, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
