Shower water and Sink water both not hot enough, only lukewarm. Shower water pressure too low. Toilet bowl loose where it attached to the floor. Reported to the front desk on departure. The room and bathroom/shower was extremely clean. Room clean, appeared to have been upgraded, was not dingy.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and facility was quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast is only mediocre, but the price was very reasonable for the location.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Hampden Inn. It was in a great location in Woodinville. The room was spacious and very clean, The staff were super helpful and friendly. I specifically want to recognize Xotchil who went out of her way to help us with our breakfast and coffee in the mornings; she always had a smile on her face, was super sweet and did everything she could to help us. Even though the job she does isn't glorious, it seemed as though she loves it and loves to help others. A huge thank you to all the staff and a special call-out to Xotchil! Keep up the great work!

This property is amazing! Everything is so clean. The staff were really nice and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable. Stayed there with my 2 grandchildren and we LOVED the pool. It was warm & barely had a clorine smell which was the reason we picked this hotel. Most hotel pools the clorine smell is overwhelming. Would definitely stay there again! Double thumbs up!!!

I have stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and convenient. I had always enjoyed the free waters they left in the counter at the desk, but they no longer do that, which was my only complaint.

Our room was slavious and comfortable. There was a lot of perks to staying here and the location was great. The free breakfast was also amazing with a lot of options that stayed clean and stocked. I also enjoyed the pool and in the parking lot there is 3 excellent wine bars and multiple wineries nearby with 6 minutes either direction. Close to seattle as well.

the location near the wineries is great. Our bed was super comfy (and pillows). The water in the shower was very low pressure and never got warmer than warmish.

Paid for King bed room. Arrived to find no such room available. Was assigned different room. Curtains didn’t work, etc. Switch was made by hotel staff the morning of the day of our arrival.
Was told only refund/redress could be from Expedia, even tho hotel made switch. They claim Expedia doesn’t have accurate room counts.
So I guess using Expedia again is not in my future without redress.

Too much noise! The walls were too thin. Loud noise came from next door at 4:00 AM, waking us up, then their shower. There’s no view, just an ugly cement parking lot for machinery. We were on the second floor which allowed for more noise from upstairs.

My wife and I stayed here last weekend while attending the John Legend concert at Chateau St Michelle winery. The hotel is conveniently located in Woodinville, we had no problem catching an Uber to and from the show (about $17 each way). Check in at the hotel was quick and easy and the service was friendly and professional. Our room on the ground floor was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. We slept very well and on Monday morning took advantage of the large included breakfast. We had a good time at this place and will definitely be back. Thank you.

The most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in. Sparse room furnishings, blinds torn in multiple places, light fixture in bathroom broken, very uninspired decor and extremely noisy AC and icky view. Staff was very casual and not very accomodating.

Excellent. Stayed here for son’s soccer tournament - 10 mins to 60 Acres Park. Hotel was clean, updated, quiet, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, indoor pool, free parking and extras like bottled water and cookies. Will definitely stay here again.
