The only thing negative I have to say is that the directions that were emailed after our booking sent us straight to our room without mentioning that we had to check in at the main office, which was at a different location a couple miles down the road. Had to get that information from another guest. The room was great and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We found cockroaches in the kitchen

There are a few things that needs to be fix in the bathroom and the light in the bed room was not bright at all. And the dumpser there where you can see leaving. Maybe get something thst people can put their feet up when they are setting on the couch while watching tv. Other then thwt it was good!

Over all great place just a little dated and worn

We came during the offseason just for one night. The outside appearance left us a little concerned as to what we might find inside. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It was a tight fit in the dining area though. Beds were clean, nothing spectacular. Drinking water on the island tastes funny, so bring plenty of drinking water.

Directions to cottage was poor. Map given had incorrect cottage marked. Owner did answer phone after hours to help locate cottage. Cottage was clean.

The blinds were broken, the kitchen countertop was broken. Saw Roaches and I was told that they are water bugs. I know what roaches look like. Other than that it was a pretty set up. Just needs work and an exterminator.

Nice place very clean. Needs more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. Remote in bedroom needs batteries. Could use a Teflon skillet

Cute little place

My stay was great! Lovely space that had access to a front porch and swing and even a back deck. The property was a great for a group of 7 and fit us all very comfortably.

The description didn't do our cottage justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clean, fully equipped kitchen and a back deck overlooking a creek. The cottage was old, but clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The reservation site didn’t send me to the motel office to check in . Had to call and get directions

Expedia gave us the wrong address and then once we figured the correct address, we had a hard time finding the actual house we stayed in that was a mile from the hotel. We arrived at night and it was dangerous to negotiate parking area and stairs without lighting. The furniture was very tired. The bed was comfortable. The grounds had debris all around.

A small but well appointed three bedroom cottage with enough space for two adults and four kids. We loved having our own home convenient to town, the lighthouse, and beaches.

Had an amazing stay. Hotel staff was above excellent. They allowed me to move my reservation a couple of days at the last minute due to having to attend a funeral. Comfortable beds and a clean room. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The cottage was really nice, very clean and so comfortable. I would live there if i could. Thank you very much.

Beware this property has a roach problem and quite a nasty one, they were on the floors all in the kitchen as well as the counters in the kitchen. I called to speak to the owners about it and was met with arrogance and told they had sprayed before and they where aware of it, however I was never offered any compensation for this very nasty inconvenience. I just received attitude and loads of silly excuses. I DO NOT recommend … The after hours check in directions to the property are horrible …

One of the chairs in the "kitchen" area is broken. The caster goes in the leg but it won't stay. Also, the second bed is not quite on the frame.

This is an older place but very clean! I will be happy to stay here again in the near future! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thank you!
