For the most part it was ok but what can you expect with a lower rate and they were still remodeling

Nice very clean

I had to check out after one night due to a loud party. I got 2 hours of sleep then had to drive home. I went and checked out and the said they would cancel my reservation and and comp me for the night I was there. Since I booked with Expedia they said I had to go through them for my refund. Well no one will answer the phone to verify the cancellation. And now I get a review request. I hope this was not a scam. If you want a hotel to stay I. That is not full of shady people partying make sure you pick another hotel. Also when we went I to the room, there was water on the floor, the safety lock on the door broken People were hanging outside our bedroom window all night. I was so disappointed. I thought we had satisfactory resolved everything. But ai guess not.

the property was under heavy construction. In terrible physical condition. Sheets were worn out with pilling. Only 1 light in entire room. Just plain beat up.

The entrance look nice, but once you got in the rooms, there was dirty smears on the wall. The mattresses had stains on them. The blanket on the bed has stains on them stopper in the bathroom was broken, and the floor and the tub were dirty. The windows were dirty windowsills dirty. The attendance were unprofessionally dressed and looked dirty. I did not stay at this hotel. I left and stayed at another hotel, and I am requesting a refund.

Noise in the hallway, thin walls

Checked in around 10:30 pm note at front desk call for service. Took mins for someone to come after calling and they were not competent with the check-in process. No cart for bags no direction from staff where room located. Key didn't work to access side door entrance closer to room. The "included breakfast" there was none. No ice both machines were broken. The room...Dead bug on the floor &bed spread. no towels in the room mini fridge stopped working day 1. Pool had rocks in the bottom. And around midnight it sounded like there has active construction load banging down the hall.

Enter the side door #2, the smell of weed/pot is greeting you. The room was musty. The floor needed sweeping & mopping, there was food under bed in plain sight & an exterminator needs to come out. No, I will not be staying here again. The manager I think her name was Sarah she was nice.

Was black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom of my room and very noisy

Housekeeping came theytwo times and opened the door while sleeping

Very dated and dirty didn't have clean towels.

This property is filthy, run down and all together awful. Entry doors are broken and not secure, hallways wreak of marajuana and trash is sitting by doorways and in and around common areas. Pool furniture is broken an delapidated. Broken glass inside the corridors where unused conference areas once were. The smell of mold throughout and not a single clean surface except the check in desk. There was trash under the room vanity and leftover food in the fridge. Dirt and debris on the floors and in every corner of the room. There were grimy handprints everywhere on walls, mirrors, doors and virtually everywhere.

The property was in such disarray. The outside of the property barely had proper lighting when unloading your vehicle. It was pitch dark and very unsafe! The entryway to the upstairs was so dirty and unkepted even with improper lighting you could see debris everywhere! The lighting in the hall was not even good. The room across from our room was missing the door and it appears they were in the middle of demolishes. Our room was so disappointing. The comforter was nasty had what appeared to be blood stains and the sheets were not clean, they had cigarettes burns and a white suspicious stain that appeared to male bodily fluids. I should have left immediately but it was extremely late to locate new arrangements and I didn’t want to loose my money I had paid online to reserve and have to pack up and move to another facility. When my daughter and I first arrived the police were arresting someone. When we entered the building it smelled like straight marijuana. Then we go into the room and its disgusting. You could definitely tell the beds had not been cleaned or changed in months I'm sure!! We were extremely uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The place and people surrounding it sitting on the sidewalk outside was scary. There was no way I would have stayed there another minute especially with my daughter being with me. We were truly afraid. The only good thing I can say is the woman at the front gave me my money back when I told her we were leaving because we were not comfortable staying there.

Mrs A was absolutely amazing when I checked in. I was here early due to my business meeting ending sooner than expected and they did everything to get me a room sooner so that I would not have to spend hours with no where to go. The rooms are being updated so expect things to be a little noisy during the day but other than that everything is great.

Great value clean rooms property is under renovations but the building and the grounds are outdated and in disrepair

Very nice size king room with a refrigerator and a microwave clean bedding and new sheets it is close to Huntsville airport by car but dont believe there is a shuttle The lobby is big enough to have a small grille or cafe but instead they have coffee urns out most of the day and give you a to go breakfast bag...the pool was closed in April still and the grounds need alot or work and landscaping to look better but then again my nice king room was only $69 with taxes so Bravo it was a great stay to sleep overnight!!!!

I liked the price. I didn't like having dirty laundry and no laundry. There was no coffee one morning and no Splenda. There was also bugs in the rooms. The staff however did give us silverware and bowls.

It was not very good as our room the refrigerator didnt work nor did the tv and was told maint was going to bring us a different fridge and nobidy ever showed up to dealnwith either one and the front desk was awate of the situation.

The stay was nice. We had a hiccup or two but the manager was sweet and worked it all out.

This is the absolute worth hotel I've ever stay at in my life. This place need to be shut down. Everything about this hotel is horrible. Any satisfactory review on here take it from me I guarantee it's all lies and inaccurate. If you want bed bugs feel feel to stay here. This place is so nasty and dirty I'm so upset with myself for staying here. Hotel.com Should be ashamed of themselves for having this atrocious mess on their website. By the way they deserve a negative -10.

Property may be going renovations. There was NO breakfast as advertised. But overall the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

I didn't like the load neighbors and the evening staff was rude

The room I got was dirty and in disrepair. Only one light in the room worked beside the bathroom. Sheets didn’t look like they had been change from previous guest. Floors were visibly dirty and trash was on the floor behind the toilet and around the room. No toilet paper at all in the room. Ceiling above the shower had been patched and it was starting to come loose and sag. I had the room reserved for two days and didn’t bother staying the second. I’d rather sleep in my car

Nothing to like. TV was not working properly, fridge was leaking water.
