Once again my hotel in VS. Brilliant location in the beautiful old town, restaurants and shopping facilities next door. Good and friendly service, rooms clean and quiet, anytime again...
and cheap parking is also possible with a few tricks 🙃😉

Well it's in a great place right in the walled city centre. But it's a bit difficult to find using your sat nav as it takes you up small cobbled streets but some where you need to go can't be accessed as there pedestrian only also they have a lot of road works going on and some roads are closed of. We were lucky as a lovely German girl stopped in her car and said to follow her as we would have serious problems finding it at the moment. The other thing that is incorrect in the description is parking it states they have parking on site on Hotels

Parking is at the theater car park and costs €10 per day.

The receptionist was very helpful at check in. It was hard to find the hotel at first due to some streets closure.

The property is in a great area to explore. The village has a lot of shops and cafes.

NO air conditioning, the temperature inside the room 30° impossible to sleep at such high temperatures. Everything else was ok.

It’s a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. They even have a sauna that you can use. Probably want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they only offer body wash but definitely had a good nights rest. The nice part is also that you have a few drinks included in your fridge and you can buy more drinks at the bar that they have which is pretty neat. Would definitely book here again. Only a few steps into the downtown area.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was very clean. This is a no frills hotel; however, for the location and money it's an amazing deal. When reading the reviews I was a little bit nervous, but overall I would stay here again. Also, they are pet friendly for those that have fur babies.

I loved this hotel and the location but the light above my bed didn’t work and there was no light on the desk….normally a guest might want to work at the desk.

Very modern hotel in a great location. Here in August 2020, so with Covid the hotel was more or less empty, but the town was quite busy and literally right outside the door to the hotel.Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is centrally located so you have a really short walk to explore the inner walls of the old city. Rooms are big enough, they state a free mini bar- that means 2 bottles of water and 1 Pepsi on our arrival and wasn’t replenished during our stay. The room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, not asking for the bedding or towels to be changed but taking away rubbish and cleaning surfaces would have been good Hotel does not have parking. You have to park a 5-7 min walk away at a cost of 10€ for over night stay. Bar in the hotel wasn’t open. No dinning facilities available. You can order breakfast room service but bread and coffee was 12€ per person and then the next option was neatly 20€. The cafes in town seem to have all the same idea so worth heading out to other locations where you can get much more for your money The hotel doesn’t have AC and no fans in the room. As the rooms are opposite a tall building you don’t have any breeze and the noise from the streets bouncers up and into your room. So ear plugs are advised and plan that you will be melting at night. Good location and very good breakfast. Free mini bar is a nice touch. Parking is offsite and quite some distance away. Some fixtures needed attention, window handle was in need of repair, shower head would not stay in place, safe was locked and could not be used. Overall it was quite comfortable and our room was a good size.

Location of this hotel is in the heart of Villinghen and pedestrian area within old town. Room are spacious and clean with balconies. Staff are friendly and very helpful but lack of basic room necessities like kettle, tea and coffee would be expected from 4 star hotel? No wifi in the room is disappointing but it is planned to be installed once refurbished completely? Surrounding area is ideal for exploring on foot or bike and local specialty food and beer is excellent
