Great, quiet location right by the winery. With lots to do and short drive to Newport downtown.

Loved the cottage. It was clean, the amenities were great. The area around the cottage was clean and very well kept. The hotel was near shopping area and close to Newport. Definitely recommend it and will be returning very soon.

It was a very nice cottage with everything we needed. And it provided the privacy we wanted.

This property was great. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We stayed in one of the cottages. I do wish that they had a one floor option, that would have the bedroom on the same level as the living room and kitchen. There are 13 steps from the Livingroom to the bedroom.

Great stay: clean, well maintained , good service

I had an event at the Newport Vineyards and this facility is right next door. Check-in was a breeze and I went straight to my unit, punched in the access code and I was in. The room is spacious and convenient. It was clean, bright and had all the conveniences needed. I would definitely stay here in the future when visiting Newport and especially if planning an event at the Vineyard.

The only issues we had was a tick in our bed on Wednesday morning that thankfully did not bite either of us and a dirty comforter. There were what appeared to be blood or dirt marks on it. We tried to keep it covered with the sheets, but it was still kind of gross. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The cleanliness of the cottage was very comforting when I first walked in. The experience was great, having the winery next door was an added bonus!

It’s just one big air conditioner system for all the lodge. It’s incapable of keeping the room cold during summer days above 90 degrees. The room temperature was always 74 despite much lower settings to be able to sleep. This is a permanent problem. The administration knows about it, but they do not disclosed it before booking. Next door neighbors was a little colder but still unable to reach the thermostat temperature.

It was convenient to newport, love that it has a little kitchen, and property was clean and convenient. We went to Jazz Fest, so did not have a chance to enjoy pool or other amenities.

Great property...rooms were clean, comfy, spacious and well-appointed. Pool and surrounding area was very pretty, and the "welcome center" was a nice retreat to get coffee and socialize with friends. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is quite possibly a hidden gem! The room was so big and spacious! The shower in the bathroom was huge. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was about a 10-15 drive to downtown Newport, but well worth it. We were able to walk next door to Newport vineyards. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful, quaint, clean, next to downtown Newport and 1 minute from Newport Vineyards. A perfect stay.

Room was nice , bathroom very tiny no where to put toiletry. Hallways were dirty other than few little dirty areas around property place was nice.

This place is beautiful and super clean. The only reason I can’t give all 5 stars is A- our closet doors didn’t shut properly B- two small parts of the stove were broken/ placed incorrectly C- no idea what some of the light switches did. Having a little manual of how everything works would have been nice.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit the mansions in Newport. The location was great and we enjoyed eating at the vineyard restaurant right next door. We had a room in the bottom floor in the lodge- very cozy and clean. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the noise from other units (especially above) was a real deterrent to our relaxation. It is as if there is no insulation between the top and bottom units. You can hear every creak, footstep, and conversation, doors opening/closing- and the people above us were not unusually loud or disrespectful. Thankfully we had a noise machine, but even that did not completely mask the sounds. The pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed some time there. The only other thing I didn’t like was the lack of on-site assistance. If you have an issue the only two choices are to leave a message on the support line (business hours) or leave a message for emergency maintenance. I would stay here again but I would either stay in a cottage or on the bottom floor to minimize the noise issue.

Property was nice very cute nice and clean. We were there for literally 10 hours. The only thing I don’t like is the 4 PM check-in it would be nice to get into a room earlier than that on a Saturday. Also really convenient to Newport area. Very nice furnishings.

Pros: cute, clean cottage with style ; maintenance crew was responsive and friendly ; convenient to vineyard, beaches, shopping (within 1-3 miles) ; main bathroom had heated tiles (it seemed it was always warm), fan in bedroom, lush landscaping. Cons: Front desk rarely answered the phone. First key code did not work. No consideration given to early check-in. Sink was slow to drain. No screens on windows, to allow for fresh air without bugs.
