Great location on the lake. The pool is only for 2 rooms so don’t assume it’s for everyone.

Awesome hotel, in quiet part of Lake Como with an amazing view of the lake.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. We had a car and the parking (included in the stay) situation was great. you would park in a garage that can be accessed 24/7 with a provided PIN. This made car security a non-factor. Definitely recommend people stay here on their visit!

General Manager was very professional, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms overlooking the lake were outstanding and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant is top notch with excellent service and a beautiful view of Lake Como. Very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals there with the attentive staff.

We had an amazing stay here, the room was huge, modern and clean. We also had a lovely terrace area with full lake view and use of the swimming pool. It exceeded expectations and would certainly stay here again and recommend to others wanting a relaxing break.

What a gem of a place! We loved the hotel and our rooms, we loved the restaurant and the food, we loved the location, we loved the views...but, most of all, we LOVED the people! It was an absolute pleasure! And I'd like to express my deepest thanks to everyone at the property. From the hotel manager, Mihai, to all the restaurant and hotel staff, to the owner himself, George...everyone was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay more than perfect! We will definitely be back! A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This place is extraordinary. A very good option to stay in Como if you have a car, because it’s a little bit far from the main touristic Villas. Besides that , the property is awesome, the Service very friendly and the food is of great quality.

This was a beautiful location with amazing views and food. Loved to come down to dinner at night and see the locals of all ages gather here. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated.

Mike was very helpful and courteous. Checkin was smooth. Dinner at the restaurant was good esp. the service. Breakfast was okay, service not that great. Coffee machine in the room did not work, the balcony is tiny. Room size is good.

Great little hotel with only 6 rooms and an amazing restaurant. The room was spotless and very spacious. Every room has a great view of the lake. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and every time it was an outstanding experience. Staff is very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Thanks to Mihai and Gheorghe for making our stay even more special.

Excellent service. Food was great and the accommodation was always spotless. Rooms are well equipped (even had Sky TV). We went off season so the local area was quiet, so I would recommend getting a hire car to get about (although there is a bus stop outside)

We loved this hotel because all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Room was really unique and as shown in pictures. So much nicer than the many other hotels we researched. The only issue was a saggy bed, which I’m sure they will fix, but everything else was so nice we didn’t care. Great memory for us and we would definitely return.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. the warm greetings from the Manager, the delicious food at the restaurant and the cleanliness of the room.. we couldn’t ask for better atmosphere!! What a way to start enjoying this beautiful place.

We LOVED our stay here. Laglio is a quiet town and the hotel is right on the lake, with fabulous views from the rooms and restaurant. We felt very relaxed and "away from it all" here. The staff was helpful and drove us in to Como one day. They also helped me arrange a private boat tour. It is important to know that there are not a lot of things to walk to here, so you need to have the staff arrange transportation for you, or you should have a car. Restaurant food was excellent, as well. Great place!

We visited La Locanda on the first leg of our honeymoon, and really you cannot ask for a better hotel for such a trip. The room was fantastic and spacious with breathtaking views. The area itself is perfect if you want a nice relaxing spot to enjoy the lake without the noise and oceans of people in some of the more common areas like Bellagio or Como. One thing we didn’t know about this property when we booked it is that it has a private pier right on the lake which has umbrellas and comfortable deck chairs. It is an amazing spot to swim from and bask in the sun, and my wife and I spent many uninterrupted hours there during our stay, it really was a money can’t buy experience that you would never get in the bigger hotels or towns with thousands of screaming tourists and kids around. Mike was so lovely and welcoming, you can really relax and feel at home knowing he will go out of his way to make sure you have a brilliant stay - thank you Mike for a wonderful experience.
