Property is well maintained, The ladies that prepare the breakfast are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. We had a very nice stay. The only Complain I have is that I got it through Orbitz and the property charged on their own parking fee and cleaning fee, which is not stipulated in Orbitz and was not expected. Orbitz needs to update this charges to avoid surprises.

Quaint little B&B. Everyone was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast good. It's 50ft from the main walking path, so very close. There is a cafe behind our room that played music outdoors. It was not bothersome. The parking is a little complicated, you have to park in a lot about a block and a half away, but it's only a 3min walk back to the B&B. But it was a nice weekend stay.

Morning breakfast was delicious! Mine stay was great, from the greeting at the front desk, helpfulness with the staff; the room was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

All was as expected

The Augustin Inn is conveniently located in the historic section of St Augustine. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff is warm and wonderful. We highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to very unique wonderful city.

First bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in and it was great! Location to shops eating and entertainment right around the corner. Breakfast was amazing staff very nice awesome beds and complimentary snacks and beverages in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great food and nice place to stay! The only downside is if you like to go to bed early it is noisy from the bars until about 11pm.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was right in the heart of everything.

It had its pros and cons. Pros: being right in historic downtown, being able to walk everywhere, great breakfast, nice rooms. Cons: no parking, loud music from nearby establishments. If you stay there, ask for a room on the other side of St. George St. In other words, on the east side of the building. It's definitely not like a regular hotel. It has a lot of character.

Amazing staff.

I wish I could give two separate reviews for this B&B. I would rate the staff as five stars but the facility as three stars. Positives are the staff, location and breakfast services. Negatives are the conditions of the property and the lack of reserved parking. This property has so much potential but needs repainting, reflooring and general updates throughout. I expected more for $305 a night plus tax. I understand there are new owners and I hope they can bring the property to a new standard. The parking issue has to do with the location, which is excellent. Not sure anything can be done to improve the parking situation.

This property had the potential to be very good. Check in process was inefficient in that the room was delayed. Check in at 3 . Didn’t get our room until 4:23. Rooms need to be updated as the bathtub and toilet were separated by cloth curtains. The location was fantastic. The innkeeper made an effort to accommodate. The price of 323 seemed steep for the quality of the rooms. Our view was a wall and sir conditioner view. .room 17. Request not to take that room.

My Hubby and I went to have a care free mini vacation to rest and get away from our businesses. We wanted to stay in St. Augustine and be worry free of driving; which is why we chose this Bed and Breakfast. The ambiance was exactly what I wanted. It was like going to visit my grandma's house. The service was excellent. All of the Ladies were awesome and sweet, very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We ended staying an additional day. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the inn was fantastic! Parking was easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Leah was fantastic when we arrived and very informative. Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere with ease. I would definitely stay here again!

Let's start with the positives, the staff and location are excellent. The breakfasts were very good. Now the downside, when I walked in the room and saw that they had provided 2 pairs of ear plugs I new something wasn't quite right. The bar right outside our window had live entertainment every night which was extremely loud. It was very loud so thank goodness the TV could keep up. A large fence or wall is definitely needed. I was also not a fan of the "vendor" out front with his large family of snakes.

Just be aware a live band plays directly under room 11 window until late into the evening. 😉

We had high hopes for our 4 night stay at the Augustin Inn but were sadly disappointed. Instead of charming ambiance we got threadbare stair runners, room furniture that might have been new in 1954 and a breakfast room better suited ambiance-wise to a Motel 6 than to a B&B. Instead of to-die-for-breakfasts we got out-of-the-carton from concentrate OJ, dishwater coffee, and unidentifiable, barely edible, hot dishes better suited to a soup kitchen than to a B&B. No fresh fruit. No fresh pastries. Not a single dish where you'd day, "I gotta get that recipe". There was a smart TV in our room but Netflix was available only because "Wayne", a previous occupant no doubt, had logged in to his account and hadn't logged out when he left. A similar shout-out to "Cynthia" for Hulu. I'm guessing that the premium TV line-up varies room by room with little, if any, of it courtesy of the Augustin Inn. Is it a total disaster? No. The mattress on our bed was comfortable, and the location can't be beat. With some effort and investment, the Augustin Inn could be fabulous. But it's a long way from fabulous today.

This is a great place to stay in St. Augustine. St George Street is just steps away from your door. The Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music playing every night at the property next door. It usually stopped around 9:00 so it wasn’t to bad. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is The Best place in the perfect location to enjoy Staugustine!

It is a great location if you want to walk around the historic area. The bands that plays outside the hotel only plays until 10pm on week nights so it didn’t bother us. We usually go listen to the music anyway. The staff leaves around 6pm so they just leave the check in instructions if you haven’t arrived by then. The breakfast was fine also plenty of food to buy just around the corner. The downsides.. we tried to use the jacuzzi tub but couldn’t get the water hot enough. Only one thermostat in the hallway for the floor. The carpet could use replacing/cleaning in some rooms and stairs. For the price and availability it was good.
