Clean comfortable room - however shared bathroom can only be as clean as the last users left it. My only concern was lack of heating after approx 10pm until approx 7 am next morning. So room was exceptionally cold during the night. Overall a pleasant hotel which provides most homely facilities.

The shower was freezing cold when we paid high price family room

DRIVEWAY TOO NARROW AND STEEP AND HAD TO BE REVERSED INTO AT RUSH HOUR TIME!,STREET TOO BUSY WITH NOISY TRAFFIC AND PEOPLE,NO KETTLE OR TEA /COFFEE,NO EN-SUITE,TV AERIAL HAD BEEN UNPLUGGED,NOISY RESIDENTS UNTIL EARLY HOURS.WOULDN'T STAY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND

The room was clean tidy exactly what was to be expected within the price paid. Bed was very comfy however upon arrival there was a Capri sun drink carton on the floor in the middle of the room which baffled me. Also I had 3 milks for tea could have done with a couple more

Room to small i had to sleep on the floor and wife slept on bed because double bed had to be pushed against wall so if wife had to get up she would of disturbed me. Also Guest upstairs noisy walking about and dropping things so not a nice experience. Wouldn’t ever stay there again waste of my money

Apart from that bedding and shower was okay. Key at front outside door was a bit of a hassle to open from inside, nearly missed my taxi trying to open it.

Room 5 yards from the road with blinds that didnt totally work and an outside light that came on every time a car went by.

Check in met a staff who was not friendly at all and not patient. The night lived there was a disaster!!! The housekeeper and the staff had a LOUDLY, NOISY party with crazy people singing and musing playing from roughly 2:00 in the morning!!! UNTIL nearly 4:00AM!!!! They only turned down the music and stopped singing and roaring after two geuest who are also lived there that night to knock their door as we living in the same house!!! I just want my money back!!! Horrible stay!!!!

The Oaklands hotel is in a quiet spot about 20 minutes walk to Wolverhampton centre. The room was small but enough for a one night stay and had tea and coffee kit in the room and a good sized TV. Just along the corridor were the toilet and shower and a very well equipped kitchen and utility with washing machines , microwave, big fridge and a full cooker. On site parking was up a steep slope but included in the price. It is a compact, friendly hotel for a one night stay with friendly staff.

Business trip to Wolverhampton. Room was okay but I certainly wouldn't describe it as a Superior Suite, Ensuite. The room is an attic conversion that is not quite finished and the ensuite was in very bad condition. The shower is sat on old wooden blocks with all the pipes exposed, shower has no pressure, the shower door is hanging off, the sink and vanity unit is disgraceful. This place is okay for blokes that don't mind some cheap digs for the week and Jo the housekeeper was very pleasant, but definitely not a place for the family to stay. this is a 2 star established at most.

One of a kind. Different to your usual guest house however Kin is very nice and will go out of her way to accommodate you and make sure your happy during your stay. If your looking for a decent night's sleep for a great price then look no further. Ok, no breakfast but there's a McDonalds 2 minutes walk and let's face it, they do the best bacon and egg muffins! Book now!

very nice room and clean. Room was nice and warm. A very large shared kitchen which also was very clean. This place was very convieient for me as i was going to a Church Confetence which was very near by. I will stay again.

The guesthouse itself is fine. The owner and manager is very friendly. There is no signage to show you that it is a guesthouse from the outside, so you have to guess when you first come here. The room is cosy and there is a kettle and cups and things. There is no tv so make sure you have a laptop or tablet to watch programmes on if that's what you're after. I can't fault any of the facilities except the downstairs bathroom. I did not use the other bathroom upstairs so I can't comment on that one. It is a bare room with tiles and a shower on the wall. It is cold and the water took a while to get hot. It is also on a shared water supply so half way through my shower the water pressure went right down and cold. I had to wait about 2 minutes for it to return. Also, the water drains out of the room and into the kitchen which could cause problems. If they can sort out the bathroom and make it as nice as the bedrooms, I would happily rate the whole place 5 stars!
