Staff was awesome, room was clean. Wish there was breakfast.

During my first stay a week ago, i was in the back, bottom floor. Pet hairs and dirty floors. Also, with no gutter on the upper roof, my roof was like water torture dripping on it even with dew. It was quiet and otherwise nice. This stay i was in room 6. The sink did not drain. I removed the trap under the sink and cleared it, but there was a worse plug in the wall portion pipe. The maid had to know that when/if she cleaned the sink. Also the shower handle falls off when using it. Otherwise the room was nice. I can see you are making improvements so i thought i would make these suggestions.

I really like the pillows and the bed was nice too. Clean room. All the shampoo and conditioner as well as body soap available. The little bottles are never enough,but having dispensers was great.

The rooms were spacious and the location of the hotel was good.

It was very nice for the lodge staff to leave me a key on the front door for my late check-in and then I left a special ring of mine in my room and the cleaning lady gave it to the front desk! I was ecstatic to receive a text informing me not only that they found it but that they would mail it to me! Now that is excellent service and not easy to find. I’d stay there again!! I value their integrity!!

Nice price and was reasonable for a night

For the price thought daily room service was in included not the case. Stayed 5 days there not linen/ towels changed.

Needs to be remodeled. Plug in bathroom did not work facet in the bath tub was about to fall off. Staff was very nice.

We checked in around 8 p.m. Our keys were wrapped in paper taped to the office door. There was no AC or fan in the room. Rooms do not come with AC per owners. I was not aware of this when booking the room. We had to sleep with the windows open to cool off. I felt very unsafe and will never stay there in the future. If you call the office after 10 p.m. there is no one to return your call.

Joshua was the most grascious host. The room was clean and the area was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean and neat. Room had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig with coffee pods. Unfortunately there was a loud family staying in a nearby room that was shouting and playing loud music for a few hours at night, but that's not the lodge's fault. There were woods in the back with a nice trail. Overall, it was very good and a decent value. I would stay there again.

The unit that I was in was recently updated and is lovely. The unit had a boutique northwoods feel with knotty pine walls and new vinyl plank flooring and lovely roller shade window coverings. The only issue we had is that the Wi-Fi didn’t extend to our unit - but we were here in the mountains to disconnect.

The air conditioner was non working. There was a fan in the room. By the time we realized the staff was gone. The room was clean but outdated. For the price it would have been fine had the air conditioner worked.

Two star hotel, 3 levels up. Carpeted over warped floor, occasional nail. Sink stopper sticks closed, had to get a lightbulb. Exterior steps had rubber protection edges falling off. Hot tub out of order.

Easy to access. Clean. Good location and price.

It's an older place, don't expect a four star lodge. You can tell the owner is doing their best. Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet. Floors upstairs in one room was weak. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

If you’re looking for a clean, reasonably priced place to sleep while in town, this is a great place. No breakfast, no amenities. Good customer service.

We needed a quiet, clean, comfortable place to sleep on our way down to Durango, and the Four Seasons Lodge fit the bill perfectly. It’s a budget hotel and for that it scores a solid 5 stars. Our room was remodeled & the bed was so comfortable. We were in a queen on the back side by the river. Well remember this spot for sure. Josh was very nice when we called to check about a late check-in & he even came out to greet me when we got in just before 10pm.

Check-in was DIY with my key inside an envelope with my name on it. Apparently, they didn't know I had checked in because I got a cell phone message around 10pm checking to see if I was still coming, but we had already checked in, had been in the room for five hours, and were asleep when the call came in. Other than that weirdness, the room was clean and perfect for a quick sleep before we headed on to Great Sand Dunes NP! Excellent value for the price!

Best accommodations in town and reasonable.

This was an overnight, on the road stay with some bad weather alerts. The front office had closed and we found our check-in info taped to the front door. The room was clean, well stocked, and everything was as described.

Nice clean, comfortable room at a very good price. I enjoy staying at a locally owned business. I would/will stay here again when in the area.

This is not the most elegant place in the world, but for an inexpensive night, it was perfect. The room was large. The pillows and mattress were good. There was a bit of a view. It was impeccably quiet, and there is an excellent Mexican restaurant nearby, Ramone's. They sang Happy Birthday to one of their diners in both Spanish and English! Joshua, the guy at the front desk, was helpful and good natured.

Four Seasons Lodge is a great place for a weary traveler, hiker, fisher, etc. to rest their head. It is quiet and quaint with all the basic necessities one would need. I will come again!
