The 4 person cabin we booked was totally overpriced. I’m was a very basic & small cabin. It was not the one in the photos you supplied. You had to walk sideways down each side of the bed as the room was so small. There were no power points near the bed head so the supplied clock could not be used, nor could a CPAP machine which is a necessary medical device. The bathroom had no hooks so there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes. The small grill/oven didn’t work properly & no trays were supplied for oven use. The refrigerator was set too cold. Definitely not value for money.

We expected much better from a Big4 Caravan Park. Our cabin was unbelievably tiny. A bedroom clock was provided in a drawer because there wasn’t anywhere to have it. No power points near the bed. Only enough room to walk almost sideways around the bed. Bunk beds in what was really only a hallway. Nowhere to put clothes when having a shower, no hanging hooks etc. No oven tray provided for the grill size oven. Very basic for the cost! It was NOT cheap!

So comfortable all round - great firm bed & pressure shower, kitchen utensils etc everything you could want and air conditioning & fans so warming for cold weather.
Only one negative would like to see a window blind or thick blockout curtain in main bedroom to darken room for assisting sleeping.

A bit dated but comfortable cabin in a well set out caravan park. Good shared amenities in the park which is an easy walk to the paddle steamers and shopping strip.

Parkview Cabin 42. Wonderful trees in this riverside ground. Would stay again. Comfortable room but the refrigerator was very noisy and desperately needing repair, or more likely just a few days to defrost the cooling circulation inside this frost-free refrigerator which is almost always running its compressor. Nice shower but the shower module floor is starting to crack along with floor tiles because of builder's insufficient support underneath. Would be nice to see some improvements.

Cabin 50 was a 3 bedroom Riverfront Deluxe Villa and it was very nicely appointed. However, it is sited right alongside the Mannum Ferry so at 5.00am in the morning one is awoken by the noise of it operating. Their WiFi is also not reliable with a weak signal being accounted.

Great Caravan Park, walking distance to shops & pubs.Cabin was very comfortable and clean and decked out with all the essentials. The park also offered great amenities such as BBQ's and laundry facilities. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

All good but they didn't provide towels and coffee etc. on the second day. We stayed 2 nights. I needed extra towels on 2nd day but they said they don't change towel and I have to pay extra for new towels and coffee so on....I was very supprised. kids really liked hot chocolate in sashet. I asked extra hot chocolate pouches for my 2 kids but even those little things they charge for extra. I have never been any holiday accomodation that charges for extra when I stayed more than 1 days.
They should provide and refill things when we stay more than 1 day.

I was driving home from work when I got her lovely call to make sure we were all set for our trip. If Karen hadn’t called I would have been none the wiser that I wasn’t booked in for two weeks time... when we actually needed the accommodation. Thank you sincerely for helping me sort out my epic error!

We were happy with all aspects of our accommodation and we enjoyed Mannum.

Good place to stay right on the river - originally in a small budget cabin - we found it a bit hot and it was right near the office so traffic - we moved to one on the lagoon which was fabulous - cost more for the upgrade naturally. both cabins were spotlessly clean and very well equipped with knives that worked and a good fry pan and matching plates etc. bed linen was good quality - would highly recommend - very good service -walking distance to quality cafes and pub grub

On arrival I actually upgraded to riverside cabin which was perfect for views, relaxation and privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed cuppa on the deck watching ferries and houseboats on the river as well as pelicans, mallee fowl and ducks.Great escape !
