Great stay! Staff was very friendly! Made us feel welcomed

The service started and stopped at the fron door. The room was damp and himid tue whole tome and when i requested housekeeping all they did was make my dirty, wet bed. Things were missing out of the mini bar and i was charged for it.. dirty and trash around the pool area and on the beach. Im sitti g at the bar roght now and there are many of flys and other bugs. Complete waste of a trip and money staying here.

The staff on the desk for checking in did a good job..The lady that clean our room she didn’t leave bottles of water and left a rude note for us about the trash can…we ask for some waters the next day, the lady told us that she wasn’t work on that floor the day before…This other girl was so nice and cordial she did a really good job cleaning our room😍

Loved our room, just the bathroom handle broke and I thought I was going to die in there until my boyfriend opened from the outside , other than that it’s a beautiful hotel you could see the kayaks at night with the lights, first time in PR and the hotel treated us so nice. Not very talkative which was good because we’re antisocial alittle . But great experience overall

Hotel staff was welcoming and respectful. Clean hotel. My stay at the hotel was very relaxing. Only downside was the fire alarm went off twice (false alarm).

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. If you’re interested in a party, this place is probably great for you. If you’re looking to relax, I highly recommend staying somewhere else. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night four of the five nights we stayed there; all false alarms. After being woken up at 2:30 am by the last alarm, we asked for a late checkout to get some extra sleep and were refused. The hotel functions like a night club on the beach. They hosted three external events during our stay. Although hotel guests could use the amenities, the pool and deck were unenjoyable because they were packed without outside visitors. We fished multiple shards of plastic cups out of the pool. All in all, it was a disappointment.

We Love the staffs over there, they were happy to help us. We requested one House Keeping servise, and the Maid Yesenia( i think that's her name) she was able to give us brand new towels and sheets。

The front staff was pretty nice, but did not do much regarding any issues, the rest of the staff was HORRIBLE. Daniela the coordinator was rude and condescending, When I tried to show our reservation which stated we already paid, she snapped on me. The rest of the front desk staff had her leave and they were nice and tried their best but seemed to have very little control over anything. We encounter issue after issue, there was blood in our room, a weird substance in the bed, stains on the sheets, the furniture and doors in the room were pealing and the room had a weird smell to it. the fridge had to be held shut with a cord because it would not remain close. There was open half eaten cookies on the counter when we walked in. The door died twice leaving us locked out of out room and it took them hours to fix the issue so we could go back in, apparently this is a common issue. we requested a new room serval times and this was denied, they replaced the sheets after 2 hours with different stained sheets, it took them two days and countless times asking to be brought more towels as there was only one in our room. none of the other issues were resolved, they half wiped the blood and told us the room was recleaned. We only stayed because we were with a group, and my husband did not want to separate from the group but the experience at the hotel was horrible. we were charged a different price everyday at the pool bar, they said the pool was opened until midnight but it is not.
