I had gotten into a car accident on the way and the staff was so generous and sweet. I had to wait for someone to come get me as I didn’t have a car and they offered me to do a late checkout without charging.

I felt very welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered! The employee who helped me was super friendly and kind. We meant to stay for 2 nights, but I had to extend it for 1 more day and the woman who assisted with that made it super easy and smooth. Will definitely be back!

while staying at springhill suits, the staff had encountered a highly intoxicated man who was creating a big nuisance. staff handled it very well police were called, and the problem was solved. it was all done very discreetly and the did a nice job wrangling him away from customers. very well done.

Property is very comfortable and the staff was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, did not offer any fresh fruit three of our four days there, which was disappointing. Room size was very nice and the closet was appreciated. Room was mostly clean but needed a better vacuum job and some areas of the bathroom were not thoroughly cleaned. The laundry facility is very helpful. The $20 a day parking fee would be less of a surprise if it were made clear upon booking. The mini market in the lobby didn’t stock anything healthy.

Shower area was not clean as well as the sink; the breakfast was extremely limited and the coffee was over diluted with no taste; without car not easy to go to a restaurant as there’s no restaurant nearby; very expensive rate for almost nothing; staying in Grand bay hotel which is not far from this hotel with the lake view and onsite restaurant was much more convenient and cheaper. Think twice before booking
