No good

The location literally looked like a ghost hotel. It was dirty, dark, smelled like urine Andy child literally said they were scared and didn’t want to sleep there.

Everything was in a bad condition

Place was filthy nasty. The wall was broken. The bathroom was not clean and it was big bug in the bed. I will not recommend anybody to go to that filthy nasty unprofessional place.

I didn’t stay due to how the rooms looked and smelled

Horrible...first room toilet didn't flush water was turned off. Second room John showed me shower had a bad leak. All over the floor and they thought someone wanted to stay. 0 stars that is a place for street walkers and crackheads.

Shame on me for not reading the dozens of terrible reviews for this embarrassment of a hotel before I booked. My friend was reading the reviews to me as we drove to the hotel and I told him “it can’t possibly be that bad.” It is that bad.

Absolutely deplorable conditions. Nothing like the pictures, a million percent false advertising, pictures must be years old! Holes in the wall, nothing is clean, the bed is dirty and disgusting, I couldn’t even shower! Please don’t waste any money booking like we had to especially after the state is in emergency and we had to pay over $50 just to cancel the booking. Just trying to make sure we had something since we have been without power for days. Preying on poor people that’s crazy. Don’t waste your time!

Blood was all over my room.

The guy is supposed to refund me we got moved 10 3 different rooms and are stuff was locked in one of them they said Expedia has to contact them

Safe and clean place

I liked absolutely nothing about this place, including the fact the pictures they use on Expedia are deceptive.. Walking down the halls I could see holes in the ceiling from what appear to be water damage.. There was no apparent work being done to fix it.. The bathroom tub was hideous, it had what appeared to be mold on the walls..The toilet seat had burn marks and it appeared to be unsanitary.. I'm shocked that this place can still do business.. .

The agents working were nice and responded to needs. We were told that we were getting a non-smoking room. Maybe they do not allow smoking in it now, however, heavy smoke odor still remains in walls, ceiling, carpeting, furniture and in mattress - sheets and pillows were ok. Our stuff absorbed the odor. On our next day we bought a large can of disinfectant and a few febreezes. This helped but not completely. The toilet seat was not attached and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. The agent did have someone repair it before we came back. There was dust and dirt on the register and corners of all floors, mildew stains around tub, mirror had a thick film on it. Molding trim was pulled away from the walls in many places. When I opened the curtains, there was an old shriveled up condom stuck in the window pain. The lobby had wallpaper pealing away from the walls, no continental breakfast as described on website. The photo of the lobby on the website is VERY old, probably when it first opened. It is located off the road, down a hill in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. Perhaps the current owners are new and inherited it as is, making some strides. Again, the agents there were very pleasant, professional and responsive to needs. Maybe they are in process of interviewing housekeepers!

Stains and damages all over. The room was far away from the lobby. stairs up and down to get to the room.

I need a refund

It was okay for the price. It wasnt a bad place. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Carpet could use a good scrubbing.

I don’t usually do reviews however the experience was worst terrible nightmare. I booked for two nights but out by next morning . Room was smelling bad ,Bath room was leaking . Needs lots of maintainance.

My room was suppose to be non smoking and the first thing I smelled was smoke...the smoke detector was covered in a towel with a rubberband...there were cigarette holes in my sheets with no pillowcases...the bathtub was dirty along with the shower head being rusted. I understand you get what you pay for but it was definitely not where I would recommend staying.

The paint was pealing on the ceiling the window was broken with no screen in it everything was very messy and smelled horrible there where drug deals in the parking lot and no refund was available

Trash all under the bed. Air had loud noises. Room smelled bad. Kept harassing me at check out.
