Loved the location. The apt was a very nice size to be able to relax and unwind. Appreciated the extra amenities and space. Parking was also a plus.

My wife and I booked this boutique hotel at the last minute while driving through NH and we are so glad we did! The place was perfect for us, very relaxing and quiet. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the space was comfortable! Walking distance to a beach, room darkening shades, wonderful hair and body products, clean and new. I wish bath robes were provided.

The Inn was absolutely perfect for our stay in Portsmouth. Close to the water and in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Pleasantly updated with still the Character of the Home. Great Area, for Biking, Walking or just relaxing. The studios have everything you could want Best soaps and Lotions. Fully operational kitchen, living area. 3 minute walk to Water, the area is more island like. Relaxing Quiet, within Drive many Great Restaurants.

An absolute gem, sort of like a B&B and a very nice hotel had a child. Wonderfully decorated, all the conveniences, close parking, incredibly comfortable bed and a short ride to New Castle and Portsmouth sites. Ownership off site but seemingly available

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful room with amenities. No details missed. Definitely one of the best!

Rooms were gorgeous and efficient. We were on the top floor and the beds are tucked into the corner so you do have to watch your head, but for 1 person it was not an issue. Historic home on what became one of my favorite places I've ever visited. This Midwest woman was completely enthralled with this place and New Hampshire as a whole and I can't wait to go back. Host is friendly, informative and responsive. The ocean being a 2 minute walk away is just another bonus.

This inn was in the perfect location. It is close to the beach and a close drive to Portsmouth downtown. The inn is updated, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

You're absolutely loved this beautiful old building that's been turned into lovely accommodations. The place was clean comfortable quiet and convenient. I also really loved the decor, it was fresh and modern and just invited relaxation.
