After staying several weeks in Vietnam and in several different hotels, I must say that this has been the worst experience.  First off, as soon as you walk into the front doors it’s like a burning oven. You can barely stand the heat that I would much rather stand outside.  The next issue is, if my friend and I are paying for a room with two beds and we are paying PER person , it is unacceptable that we do not get two room keys. Even after requesting for an extra key, as every other hotel I’ve been to here in Vietnam have given without even requesting, the lady at the front said they could not and that the manager was out. Ridiculous.  Now onto the rooms. Just as the lobby, I could not stand the heat in the room. It was a struggle every day to fall asleep.  When showering, don’t expect there to be warm water. Even after changing the shower knob in different directions, the water temperature stays the same. Mind you, the cold water might be a good thing for you in your hot and sweaty room!! The first day, the lock safe did not work. Another thing to note, this safe is very light weight that anyone can pick up and take away. Nonetheless, the safe had no battery. After calling reception and getting someone sent over. They put in a new battery and left. I tried the safe again. The battery now worked, but the safe door would not open and unhinge. Called the reception again, they came over and also could not get it opened. Had to exchange a new safe.  Cheap quality of

The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is located next to several clubs that blast music late into the night. Our room was on the 8th floor and it sounded lije we were in the club. The room and property are tired and in need of updating. You have to flip a switch and wait 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower and the shower is a hand held in a bathtub with no door or curtain. Starting at 6am, housekeeping started talking in the hall and knocking on doors waking us up. The breakfast was cold, stale and inedible. Luckily we only stayed 1 night and i couldn't wait to leave. Terrible nights sleep, no shower or breakfast. There were several other options available at lower prices that im sure were better. Pass on this one. I selected it because of it location by the river and the rooftop pool. Both those reasons could be found elsewhere.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff, we would definitely stay again.

The aircon was dripping so some spots on the walls looked moldy. Ant infestation in bathroom Bum gun was leaking as well so the bathroom floor was always wet. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful

Room we got had a brilliant view of the dragon bridge.

The location is the best. We stayed there for 3 nights. Their breakfast was ok, a little boring, it would have been better if they change it for more variety everyday

We love the breakfast where the hotel includes all the local delights. We enjoy trying out all the different varieties. We got a room w the view of the dragon bridge..really awesome

We were there for a quick stay because our flight was at 12 am. It was great for a quick stay in Da Nang because it is located in a walking distance (5-10 min) to Han market and other attractions.

Great location. Staff were very caring my grandma was on wheelchair and staff helped us when going in and out. Clean room nice shower. We liked the breakfast has great variety.

Nice newer hotel close to Dragon Bridge. We had a good time.

Nice hotel, no more than 500m from the nightclubs in Da Nang. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bartender on the roof is an absolute legend.

The room was small but ok and needs some renovation. Internet connection bad. Breackfast only for Asian people... bad quality food, cold caffe and more.. Location was good. Reception werry helpful.

I stayed in the classic room. Room is small, outdated but it is convenient. Hot water is fine. Shower Booth is also small enough for 1 person only. If you have children in the booth, you will face some problem. Queen Bed is also OK for Two people. Little space for big luggage in the room. Towel and amenities (Toothbrush set, Shaving Kit, small bottles of water) keep refreshed everyday and Funny looking Bathrobes are there as well as a hairdryer. But You need to prep Lotions. They clean the room and do the bed but didn't change the sheet everyday. I guess if you need to change the sheet, You need to tell them to. I found no bed bug and bed was clean therefore I had no issue with bed. Breakfast was buffet including Rice noodle and It was not bad for me and the staffs were kind. but You can't expect luxury hotel buffet. 4~5 main dishes (small changes everyday), egg and Rice noodle, Cold Salad with few bread and Beverage. There is Swimming pool but I didn't use it due to the cold weather. But When someone ask me if I would like to swim there, I would say I rather swim in the beach. If you have children, Then the pool at night must be good for the kids. Wifi is free and speed is good. also no limitation of the number of the device cause no password there. Hotel is very near to the dragon Bridge (5~7 mins by walk) and is surrounded by Restaurants and Cafes. Location wise, really convenient to the downtown area. I recommend this for city sightseeing.

The room was comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. One slight problem was that the bathroom did not smell as fresh as it should have done. I think part of the problem was that the bath itself (which served as a shower as well) was simply not installed properly. There was a gap of a few millimeters between the bath and each of the three walls around it. Thus there was no water seal between the bath tub and the walls, and the shower water poured behind the bath and out into the bathroom with no way of cleaning under the bath. Odd design.

Swimming pool is ok but not beautiful. No fitting room to do the gym.
