I will say the afternoon desk man was lovely and very helpful. The place is filthy. Run down, full of broken and mismatched items. The toilet wobbled. There was literally feces on both the toilet and floor. The morning desk help ASKED FOR DOCS ON MY SERVICE ANIMAL - and was really indignant when I told her this was illegal. Management is clearly misrepresented because they have their employees under the impression that this is acceptable but it is absolutely against the federal guidelines established in the ADA. No, obviously I don’t recommend staying here.

My room for me and my 1 year old was dirty the covers were nasty , the sink on the other side was broken . Toilet was not clean . No remote , it was just not cleaned and nasty

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else besides here. The room and entire property are super dirty. The bathtub had not been cleaned in YEARS! We were tired so we were just going to sleep and get up early in the morning and leave, but right after I got undressed and in bed an employee of the hotel knocked on our door. My husband answered and the employee pushed past my husband and into our room. I was sitting on the bed in my underwear and the man was less than 3ft from me while I was almost naked in bed. He told us we had to go back up to the front desk and re-check in again. We had only been in the room 15 minutes. Needless to say, we packed up our things and got a refund and left this God forsaken place. This place should not be listed on any website. This hotel is over run with druggies and is absolutely disgusting. They had to give 3 other guests refunds due to the unsatisfactory conditions while we waited to file a complaint against the employee who pushed into our room while I was almost naked. I've been sexually assaulted before, this was the most traumatic experience. Sleep in your car in the Walmart parking lot over this place!

The rooms were so dirty, we asked to move to another room but the second was almost as bad as the first. The toilet leaked and water was all over the bathroom floor, stains and mold everywhere. Outlet covers left open and exposed wires hanging out. Will not go back.

First off we got put in a building that was under construction. So when we we checked in we were tired but could not rest because they were putting on a new roof. There were plenty of rooms available that we're not being worked on. The TV had no remote, there were wires hanging out of the TV. The lamp in the front did not work. The bathroom counter looked like somebody had said on it and it was barely secured to the wall. We tried not to even use it due to the condition it was in. The first night we were there I walked outside to some promotion there we're a few cops knocking on somebody's door looking for somebody. The next day after getting off work we went to eat and then we got back there were about 10 police officers at the complex trying to get someone to come out of the room and this went on from about 9:45 so probably 12:00 or 1:00 in the morning. There were a group of other guests outside making noise talking loudly I do not think we even got to bed till one or two. I would not recommend and I will never stay there again.

Unclean rooms, bugs and strobing lights outside room.

There 6 days and they never cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Had roaches and no toilet paper. Same bum tried selling me stuff and bumming 3 different days

nasty room

Receptionist should speak english - first room headshot plumbing problem. Overall appearance was I was in the US - car in lot up on blocks, all tires and wheels gone. And a bunch other stuff too numerous to mention

Not so good. Had to clean to wall on the floors with my shoes. There was remnants of past guest everywhere ie dirt, blood, incense, thumb tacks and unidentifiables. I brought my own blanket to lay on and washed immediately the next day.

Dirty and disgusting! Thank god I was planning on camping and had a air mattress and bedding with me! Needed a place to shower and get ready for a event! Loud music was playing all night! Don’t stay here!

The ladies in the front desk were rude. The room I stayed at was FILLED with dead crickets & no toilet paper. I felt so unsafe as they knew i was a young female & they put me in a room all the way in the back where there was no security camera. The door wouldn’t even close all the way. Had to book a new hotel ASAP. Please don’t stay here its not worth it.

Roaches in the room

Holes in wall. Graffiti on the door frame of the bathroom. Beyond disgusting. Left immediately after walking into the room and seeing the state of it.

Old furniture, broken matress, five black grasshopper inside the room , fungus all over shower and tub , smelled musty

The property is in complete disrepair. Walls, doors and furnishings are filthy and falling apart. The mattress covers have mold stains, cigarette holes and yellowing spots that indicate they are very old and unwashed. The tv and remote did not work correctly or well. Internet was poor and unsecured. The bedding and pillows show the same quality. Housekeeping staff is very sketchy. They just threw cleaner on the floor and sweep it around not bothering to pre sweep or rinse it. Emptied trash but didn’t wipe down sink, tub or toilet. Constantly knocked on the door and were insisting on entering which made us very nervous. Front staff was a bit more polite.

Was scared of activity in parking lot , place was so dirty that i cleaned the entire room with bleach before entering room woth belongings. The computer was supposedly down so they wrote my card number exp date and secure code on a note book . Had to call bank cancel card and waiting for new one to arrive. Picture's don't show limited number of new rooms. Or that coffee bar doesn't exist. Positive thing . As bad as it was i didn't see any pest. I guess there is really no inexpensive places to stay anymore

My husband workers were supposed to stay for 4 night they end up not working cuz of 4th of July when they get there 2nd night they got bite by bed bugs and water didn’t work to take a bath like who has a room available like that!!! At least they returned my 3 nights but they should have returned the 4 nights as the guys left running out of there and even letting frond desk know they never offer another room! Terrible no wonder it was $50 I wouldn’t even advertise at that price maybe lol $20 a night! And even they I wouldn’t stay there!!!

It’s a very nasty place . Roaches and hair in the tubs . Outside is dirty looking . I rather just pay more for a cleaner place s. Lady at front is kind of rude keep asking for my esa letter but no one else does .

Cheap and spartan loving arrangements, you get what you paid for. Could use some thicker sheets on the beds, a little chilly
