Sadly not like other times I've stayed.

I appreciate that my room was clean. Sheets were clean, which is the most important. The room was clean but run down. Overall my stay was good

When arrived and checked in..original rom given had wet floor…sheets had food crumbs and stained…had to request room change ..the new room had stained sheets…key didnt work had to request assistance for someone to open door for me each time i went out…

Staff was nice, building is okay but once you enter rooms it’s so humid. My room was sweating from the floors walls. Air conditioning unit was leaking water. Dusty. Swimming pool area was dark no lights turned on.

As soon as you enter you get a whiff of a humid smell. The room we stayed at the restroom smelled so bad. Including in the shower. I showered my baby the night we got to the hotel and the next morning she woke up with really bad bites on her feet from sleeping on the bed. She is usually not fussy during the night but I noticed her waking up frequently and being fussy but I brushed it off thinking she just wanted a bottle or must've been home sick. I paid to stay for 2 nights. I asked for a refund for at least the second night because I was not going to risk staying at that hotel and having my daughter get bitten again. They checked the room for bed bugs and said they couldn’t see or find any so they couldn’t do anything about it that I would have to speak with the manager but most likely would still not get a refund even because they couldn’t see anything. Regardless refund or no refund did not stay there another night. My daughters feet had bed bug bites. If there was no bed bugs how else would she have gotten them. The hallways was also noisy at 7am with people screaming.

The hotel was clean and comfortable staff was very nice breakfast was okay to my liking

First off staff was super friendly and helpful. But we stayed in room 107 and as soon as we walked in there were light bulbs missing so the room was dark. The restroom has lots of mold on the ceiling and on the door frame, that is probably due to the fact that the room get completely wet from moisture during the night. The night stand had water droplets all night long from the moisture the ac created. The floor was like a skating ring and was completely wet. Adjusting the ac temperature did not make a difference. Even the blankets and pillows felt wet.

Room was mostly clean but needed some work in it.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed had a smooth comforter and blanket. Not those garbage fuzzy blankets at other hotels. Waffles were good. Coffee was smooth and decent. All in all, a solid 8.9 out of 10. Will definitely stay again If I need too.

Property is a bit old, but was clean. Staff was super nice. Not a bad location but not within walking distance of anything. If you like to be warm in your room don't book here. The room was blasting AC(set at 62) when we walked in and I immediately froze. We keep the temp at 75 in our house so we turned the ac off. The room immediately began to sweat and was drenched by the evening. I talked to a staff member about it and that seems to be the case if you don't like AC. If you turn it off ,the room will sweat and you will have wet floors. Unless it is different in other rooms.

No convenient stores. Have to make u-turn to get out. Rusty in bathroom, but clean.

Clean room friendly staff

Was not woken in the morning since no alarm clock in room, there were making improvements, there was an electrive cord running through the door, and there was no telephone in room.

The staff was nice but there was some bugs in my room and the doors was pretty rusty, also the bes was supposed to be a king size but was just two twins together it was slightly smaller.

Great. No problem checking in. Staff always on top of things and friendly.

Everything was fine, except the WiFi was terrible

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Employees doesn’t deserve to have that job; don’t go there, they don’t now hot to treat a customer, treat very rude.

The smell of mildew as soon as you entered the door. We thought we would try to oversee it and check out the room hoping it wasn’t in there but didn’t even make it to the room. As we walked down the hall we look to the left and see a door that was absolutely disgustingly grimy we turned around and asked for a refund.

Hangars had nails/ screws sticking out.There were holes in walls and ceilings, parking lot was dirty. I guess I can’t beat the price.

A fair price & very, very helpful & friendly desk clerk. A decent, clean room as well.

Our stay was great compared to the location of hotel. Hotel must have had construction going on due to noise… but other than that I would stay there again if needed. Everyone was super friendly!

In general the place was clean and comfortable. The biggest issue was the floor was moist and slippery. Not sure if it was waxed or something, but when I wiped it with a towel the towel picked up a dark stain. However, the floor was still slippery even the next morning.

The young working the desk on 29th was excellent. Our tv wasnt working he came up that night and swapped it himself

The only thing that I didn’t like was that most of the plugs were not working.
