Basic, clean and good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good for price, but I think 3star is a bit generous.

The property it self had a döner shop inside the lobby which was noticeable in the room. As soon as I entered my room after a long day the smell kept me awake for at least another 30 minutes just to get used to it but it keeps lingering in your nose for another hour after leaving the room. The matrass gave no support what resulted in a sore back in the morning and it had blood stains on it plus another big stain that was noticeable through the bed linen. After the first night my colleague and me went for breakfast and it was disappointing to say the least but we thought it was included in the price so just had a quick bowl of cereal and left for work. The second day i sat down with again a bowl of cereal and skipped the coffee this time, this time how ever i got told that breakfast was 8 euro's.. for a bowl of cereal that felt it was bought years ago and a small cup of yoghurt.. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone as it was way overpriced and the quality of the rooms/bed was poor to say the least.

Booked a family room for 5, got a 3-bed room (for the same price). The room stunk from smoking even though they claims to be non-smoking. The bathroom looked fairly ok but there was no warm water in the shower and the power outlet wouldn’t survive an inspection. MasterCard did not work at the hotel. The neighborhood was extremely noisy, probably due to Ramadan. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this hotel!

We arrived to the hotel only to find that reception had given our room to another guest simply "because he thought we will not arrive" although I informed property of our late arrival due to flight schedule. We had to look for a hotel ad hoc and we were lucky to find one. There should be some sort of serious penalty for such misbehavior and horrible treatment of guests.

Not a go experience , mattresses,pillows all soiled no protection on them , bath room dirty, smells of damp, room noisy no security keys very available, worsted place ever l checked in a checked out straight away not worthy of any stars

It was a long day before we stopped and found this hotel to stay the night before the next leg of journey. Very comfortable rooms, beds, shower. No air conditioning. A shop opposite the hotel.

This is a pension at best! I don’t know how it got a ‘3-star’ rating! The ‘free parking’ means there is no parking at all, and you have to park on the street. I could only find a spot about a km diwn the street. Also on my Orbitz, I had free breakfast, but at the registration I was told I don’t have it. When I showed the booking the guy was kind enough and told me “it is OK. He will take care of it”. I was given a room on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up and down. The room has 2 twin beds and there is no room left after bringing my two luggages. No A/C in the room. Just a fan on the wall! Bathroom had a shower and it was OK.

Clean hotel with minimum of amenities. Weird view in the back of the hotel. NO air conditioning which made the room uncomfortable even if we were in the room just during the night.

Low budget hotel. Do not expect any luxury. Value for the money is OK. Public parking only. Friendly staff. Cleanliness was good.

Super friendly staff, nothing fancy but rooms were big and the basics were covered. Fair for the price, €20 cab into Frankfurt.

Hotel was good for the price. Good proximity to Frankfort Airport.
