Excellent design and staff. Bedroom floor in the suite was dirty with crumbs and hair, but quickly remedied. Shower door didn’t work so water all over the place, but plenty of towels brought to soak up wet floor. Friendly staff.

The bathrooms were clean, but not at the level that they should be for this hotel. The rooftop bar wasn't great. The food at the restaurant was terrific. I felt very good in this hotel overall. It is luxurious for Vina del Mar.

Stay was very good. Breakfast was great at the start of the stay however the choice got progressively less as the week went on. Staff were helpful and attentive, hotel was clean and tidy.

I had a great stay with my girlfriend at the Pullman. We stayed for a week and have nothing but good things to say. We had a Ocean View room and it was spectacular to hear the waves crashing against the beach all night long. One night it rained non stop and our room started leaking from the roof. We called the front desk and were switched to another room right away. The next morning we noticed some water in the other room as well and due to this inconvenience the manager upgraded us for free to the larger ocean view suite for the rest of our stay! All staff throughout the trip were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and I would highly recommend including it in your stay. It is open from 7:00 to 10:30 during the week and 7:00 to 11:00 on weekends. Overall just a great hotel with great staff. Thanks we had a very enjoyable week :)

Property it’s in a good location , although there are better locations with more dining options. I could stay here again but for the poor room windows, you can here a car radio from you room, the amount of street noise is unbearable…

extremally small, from the bed to the wall maybe a 1.5 feet, it feel really small, also no hot water i was waiting until 3am to get some hot water asking 3 time to fix, i stay there only 1 night so it wasn't fun, and the people extremally invades you feel been watch all the time
