Very nice staff and let us check in early. Our arrival flight was at 8:30am so we were able to go right to hotel, even if there wasn't a room open, we were offered couches that are scattered around the lobby. Free breakfast we were offered as soon as we checked in - all was great! Thanks

Convenient location to go early to thee airport. Room view on the parking lot. Smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but everything was clean otherwise

Nice hotel, helpful staff. After 10 days in Iceland and continually missing the northern lights, this was our last night and chance to see them. Lady at the desk told us exactly when and where to go and we got to see them! Nice room , clean.

This is a great property for last night in Iceland. Not really in Reykjavik. It’s in a suburb on the way to the airport. The area is super safe. It’s basically in an office park. Place is a ghost town after dark. Really easy on off of the freeway. Smallish hotel so easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking. High quality staff. Very clean. New.

Great location near the expressway and a gas station. 13 minutes from Reykjavik, around 40 mins to KEF airport. Came with decent breakfast in morning. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff were helpful and informative.

Easy checkin, fair breakfast.
Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor, front of the building at the parking lot, which had very bright lights and we could hear everyone starting their cars, slamming car doors until late at night and early in the morning.

An average hotel, nothing special. It was our last 2 nights after the Ring Rd and a disappointment compared to all of our other hotels. The lady at the front desk did not even acknowledge us for 5 min and then said please wait. We got a room set up for 3 with a sleeper bed but we only had 2 people so had to put the sofa back together to use it. The room was huge but bathroom tiny. Really need to do maintenance here, things just feel worn out. Small leak behind the toilet, trim work in bathroom falling off and went to front desk 2x to notify someone but no one there. The location is in a parking lot with a bunch of other office buildings. Breakfast was limited continental, no hot food as advertised.

This was an average to below average hotel. The beds are terrible, not comfortable at all. The breakfast is terrible, nothing there besides at croissant and coffee You can hear every noise in the room from people above you and next to you. I was woken up with a banging noise from next door at 7:00. I wouldn’t come back here at all

Front desk is very nice and helpful. Quiet and cozy room. Complimentary breakfast has a variety of options. Close to Reykjavik and KEF airport. Close to shopping including a 24/7 grocery store.

Travelled with family of 3. Room was large and furniture and finishing were new. However it felt as though we were in an unfinished or rushed construction job. There was wallpaper paste still on the wall, a broken lamp in the room, and our room was on the first floor with windows facing a parking lot of what looked like a business building. Our room was on the first floor, but it felt like it was the basement. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to eat our premade meals in the lounge. No on was there which made it feel as though we were the only ones in the hotel. The hotel fella a little sterile, but worked for us as a 1 night stop as we had an early departure from the airport.

Not great. There was a hot water outage in the area, so not hot shower and there was no heat. We weren’t told about it until 2 days prior. The hot water heat was news to us once we arrived we checked into the freezing cold room. They offered a space heater never brought it. Thankfully we were there just 1 night. The room size is good but there’s no shampoo or body wash or tissues. The breakfast was crowded and bare. The staff helping to clean at the breakfast were very helpful and kind the one plus. Would not recommend.

Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was much more than we expected for a continental breakfast. There was an employee at reception named Pedro who was so helpful! He gave us lots of information about how to get around the city and all the sites to see.

Check in was easy and the room was clean with plenty of outlets. Wish they had private wifi not public access. Also, the breakfast was decent but they didn't restock everything so if you went towards the end of breakfast times, you were limited on what you could get. Couldn't take to the room either. One day a lot of the cups we picked to get coffee looked dirty which was kind of gross.

we spend a week in iceland and booked a 3 night stay in this hotel to visit Reykjavik and soundings. breakfast was included but rather limited choice of stuff available. toilet paper was too thin and "glossy". shampoo/soap dispensers wither not working (shower) or badly placed so half of soap goes on the floor (sink) . also had a hunch that toilets were not cleaned every day (although room seem to have been serviced daily).

This hotel was great for our short trip. Very clean and staff were really friendly, we could get ice from the front desk but they even offered to keep things cool in the staff fridge for us.
Conveniently located, 15 mins to downtown Reykjavík. Had a fitness centre and also free continental breakfast

The only thing we do not like about this hotel is - although it is a non smoking room, there are other guest standing outside our window to smoke the smell keeps coming into the room. They packed breakfast for us as we need to check out early which is very thoughtful of the staff

We really recommend this hotel. It is located a little bit out of the Reykjavik city area, but the bus connections are really good. Breakfast is also good and the beds are really good and comfortable. The best part, though, is the staff: Very friendly and service-minded and we got loads of good advice for trips and sight-seeing.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Convenient location.Friendly folks in reception. Special shout out to Omar who gave us a room early, Barbara and Julia for answering our queries patiently. We are definitely looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

Overall comfortable hotel however the rooms do not have full blackout curtains to mitigate the summer sun at night. Hard to sleep due to the heavy light leakage through the minimal blinds.
