If you are looking for a 5 star hotel on budget, this is hotel is for you. If you are however expecting a true 5 star hotel, I would not reccomend this. The hotel is nicely placed and has great views. The rooms are of nice size but they have clearly been in service for some time. Bathrooms could use a upgrade. Staff don't really speak English so it's hard to communicate. Service is OK, but not what you expect of a 5 star hotel. We tried booking tickets to Vinpearl via the hotel as is this is something they offer, but they don't take card nor do they have ATM which is not good. Its very hot in the lobby and on the floors, as well as in the elevators. You really have to pray the elevators do not stop/malfunction as im not sure if you would survive long in there with the heat. Also 3 slow elevators for so many floors it often leads to big quees and full elevators. Rooms have AC but im not sure they show the right temps. Breakfast close early at 10 and is relatively basic. Check out also took longer then usual, and they did not have water bottles to offer as other 5 stars usually have. Another thing that: the wifi basically does not work. It worked somewhat on the lower levels (not great), but did not work almost at all in our room. Could barley load Twitter, newspaper sites, etc. When it loaded it was without pictures. Forget about streaming anything. In 2024 (and escpecially with 5 stars hotels) you expect at least decent wifi. I think looking at this hotel as 3-4 stars.

Good price

This is the third time I've stayed here and it's maintained it's high quality of service and rooms. We arrived very late,02.30. And was greeted with a smile and drink.

Nice hotel right near the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants.

Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider rebooking next time.

The hotel is located across from the beach, you have a private beach access. The room is clean, morden with an beautiful ocean view, breakfast buffet is excellent with a amazing service and food choices. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, they also offered us a complimentary airport drop off. Highly recommend.

Really great hotel …the family suite was big and roomy and the beds and linen were super comfortable. Great view and little balcony.

Amazing stay in Nha Trang

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

Fantastic location, people. Great with free airport transfer. To few sunbeds on the beach. 30 chairs for 400 guests is not ok.

This is not a 5* hotel. The room smelled stale on arrival, and by 9pm the whole 22nd floor stank of rancid cooking oil. There was litter on the bedroom floor at arrival, it remained after two days of "cleaning". WiFi was consistently unreliable, didn't reach the desk in the room, and was sporadic in the common areas. Staff at breakfast and the pool bar were friendly, but checkout took over 10 mins to complete for no explicable reason. A hotel voucher was issued but not honoured, and none of the VIP perks were offered. Pool is undercover so stays cold all day, loungers are limited and get no sun. Area around the hotel is a building site, lots of prostitution in the vicinity. Do not recommend.

Hotel staff and tour desk staff have been very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would love to stay at Queen Ann hotel in Nha Trang city again.

Best location the center of Nha Trang, people were extremely friendly. The price is amazing for all the things you get, there is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

To be able to underdstand the content of a request seems to be a challange for most Hotels. Also my vegetarian request (Fruits and an Avocado) was almost not possible for them... they tried to make it good, but as a 5* rated Hotel you can expect an adequate service. And in their own description they talk about sound proofed windows: far away from this standard, all the noise from traffic or Karaoke you hear in the room, was very loud.

The staff were excellent, the room, the room was clean and comfortable, but you don't hire motorbikes!!!!! which makes you have to walk to places.

Definitely not a five star hotel but still a nice building. Upon check-in, my non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. A "cleaning crew" was sent to spray with air freshener. I declined, saying the smoke was preferable to the chemical air freshener, and asked if another room was available. They promptly moved me to another room which they heavily sprayed before I arrived. The next morning, there was no hot water for a shower. I let it run for 5 minutes, still cold. With only a handful of guests due to Covid, I get the feeling management is trying to save on services. There are lights out in the lobby and throughout the hotel hallways. At breakfast, I was told to "finish up" as they were closing 30 minutes early. The staff were very polite but seemed to be acting on behalf of management.
