It was great outside of the breakfast. There’s nothing to account for vegans or those who might be gluten free, unless they just eat fruit (as there was no way to tell if the oatmeal was made with milk or not). I’m a marriot Bonvoy member and even the residence inn has gluten free bagels as an option for breakfast. I literally had to skip breakfast because I couldn’t really eat a decent breakfast there.

Will never go here again! I had to move rooms the first night because my room was not clean and there were bugs in the room.
My new room was not clean at all and there was a dirty foot print on the comforter!

Charging for parking is a ridiculous ripoff. Customers would beat your door down for free parking...certainly for a charge of a reasonable $20. For those planning on using this hotel there is free street parking after 6pm to 8am. close by.
No microwave? As sleepy Joe Biden would say "C'mon man."

The reception staff was courteous, friendly and professional.
The hotel and rooms were nice and quiet with the exception of my pillowcases and bed linens which were filthy.
There is lack of storage for personal belongings in the rooms.
I also began bringing my belongings down on the day of my checkout and returned to find housekeeping in my room despite the privacy sign on my door. I was not ready to check out yet and could not return to my room

The room is clean, but Gwendolyn at the front desk was extremely unwelcoming as she checked us in.

Everything was nice, our only complaint was that the room we were in was facing the train tracks and every few minutes you could hear the train go by. Luckily it doesn't go 24 hours. We asked the front desk if they had another room that is not by the tracks, but unfortunately nothing was available.

Train tracks along the back of the building with trains every few minutes. Terrible. Noisy.
The hotel was not full. They could have had the courtesy of giving us a room on the opposite side.

Pros: very well maintained and staffed, easy valet (not free) parking and nice breakfast service (also not free). If you’re visiting Boston College to see your student or a game, the campus is literally across the street. Public transportation is also across the street. The room we stayed in was very clean and well appointed.
Cons: Located at an extremely busy intersection. While the rooms are very nice the a/c cannot be set below 67 degrees and the cooling unit struggles to keep it there (and is extremely loud). Obviously not a problem in the Fall and Winter seasons, but I can’t possibly see being comfortable during late Spring and in Summer. All the bathroom towels have a weird burnt/chemical smell to them. And, finally, it’s very overpriced for a hotel not located in the heart of Boston (but what place isn’t now).

On Tuesday morning we asked for our room to be serviced and were told it would be. When we came back that night no one had touched it - bed unmade, used towels unchanged and no tissues.
Hotel is well set up for visitors and staff was polite but no excuse for not servicing our room after we asked it be done

Everything was good. Very good working environment. Location was convenient. Parking was convenient but pricey!!!

On the first day, Some hairs and dusts are found anywhere on the carpet in the room and the air condition was noisy, on the second day felt clean and comfortable room. The hotel staff are very kind and nice and room was cozv with a chair and a couch.

My stay at the A.C. Marriott was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were professional, yet warm and friendly, A special shout out to the restaurant staff and cook. When staying at a hotel I find that I am usually searching for a good restaurant, however the fare at A.C. Marriott exceeded the normal "chain" restaurants' standards.

We got Covid and tried to cancel but AC Marriott sent us back to you and you would not allow a refund or credit… so we lost our money and will not use Expedia in the future.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. We would especially recommend the breakfast experience because the buffet offers great pastries and other choices, and the wait staff makes a big effort to be helpful.
