The location was great! A short walk to the main city center and the views were stunning. Really enjoyed the restaurant on premises. The food was spectacular and the service excellent as well. The room looked very updated and spacious, but the staff made all the difference. Super friendly and enjoyable! Loved the fact that we were able to check in earlier, as the rooms were ready for us. I would definitely go back and I would encourage people to stay there and experience that amazing city.

Fell in love with the views from our room on the 2nd level. Fantastic staff, very nicely decorated rooms, one of the best restaurants in town is attached to the hotel. You will be right around the corner from the funicular which takes you up to San Vigilio that has the best views. You’ll definitely enjoy yourself here.

The hotel is located a bit outside the citycenter. The room was a good size, even for the small ones, like the one I had. The bathroom had a good size as well. I like that the room had a fridge/minbar. The breakfast was outside, in my personal opinion, I would like the breakfast to be inside, but all over the breakfast was good. The staff was very polite and nice. A good hotel I wpuld stay at again.

Room nice and very clean. Bed comfortable. Location very good. Strange layout. Had to go back outside across a terrace to get to room. Terrace open to public so to speak so security questionable. No lobby. No where to be outside of your room so inconvenient for meeting up with others. Parking good. Did not try restaurant. It was not open much but we were there in November so off season. Good price

We stayed just one night here but our stay was made fabulous by the attentive stay, clean room & tasteful decor. We only wish we had time to dine at the michelin star restaurant next door! The receptionist was very helpful and gave us some wonderful advice as to where we could dine out locally. The breakfast was superb with a variety of sweet and savory foods. The dining room setting was beautiful and rustic yet modern.The only surprise charge was 10 euro for parking our car which we hadn't anticipated, but best to be safe than sorry. We would definitely recommend it.

This Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location is right outside the Bergamo Alta wall. It is very quiet, has a wonderful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, great view and artfully furnished.
