Great location, clean and spacious place. Noticed what looked like black mold on the stone-walls in the bedroom.

Great location and loved the apartment style. Only thing to note is that there can be noise that comes from a boat party nearby at night. Communication with staff was great. Overall it was clean with a great view; would recommend!

We got room with the inside corridor view. Room had no AC and when we opened the windows, the outside noice is almost 20 hours a day. The location is a few feets from the river.

The best part was the location, in front of the river with the best view, inside was amazing with stone walls, very clean 8 will stay and recommend this place to others!!!!!10/10

Excellant location

Bed was extremely hard - very uncomfortable. Also ventilation was only from opening window which let in street noise. The room could use some vents. Shower was extremely small.

The property had amazing views of the river and the city. Was walkable to everything.

Andrea was not helpful . we were made to wait for a code just to be able to enter the building outside of the place where we secured our luggages before being transported to the ABnB. Nick on the other was accommodating . The power went dead when using the hair dryer. Some of the appliances were not working.

Place was great. Check in required whatsapp as they sent instructions very late. Nobody at property but their office was open and Antonio's assistance was awesome. Great place in a greater location. Wonderful balcony views

Great location; however not for people who are light sleepers.

The property is in the best part of Porto. They were so helpful and the communication was perfect.

Advertised as by the river and expected river view but got a tiny apartment looking into walls of another!

This was an amazing boutique hotel. The location could.not have been better and with the view over the river it was over the top. Having a separate living area was great the bed was very comfortable (rare to find) and the kicker was a washing machine in the unit! If I ever return to Porto I will stay here again!

Andreia was so kind when we checked in! The room made our time in Porto so magical. The water view was gorgeous and made walking the river really enjoyable at night before we went to bed. The room was spacious and modern. Would love to stay here again when we return!

Property was absolutely stunning once we finally found it. I loooved the location, the river view was out of this world! The locking system they have, made me feel safe and easy for everyone in my family to get in and out without needing to share a key. The only downfall is that you cannot drive up to the property with your rental to drop off luggage! But it all worked out in the end when management had a taxi in the very early hours in the morning to pick us up for the airport. Taxis have access to drive to the property, regular vehicles do not( which makes it safe in my perspective). The only downside, our toiling was broken and we had to manually flush. Small inconvenience for the couple of nights we spent there! The complimentary Port wine, made up for the small inconveniences. It truly was an awesome experience… loved every thinking about this. I strongly recommend it. I would stay again and again.

There was no air conditioning which I understand as it was an old building. However, it meant you had to keep the windows open and there are no fly screens- we got bitten to death. The street is really noisy when everything shuts as the waiters hover around smoking and chatting. There is no full length mirror which I really missed

Nice place in a great location.

We stayed in room 3.1- the penthouse overlooking the river. It was beautiful. The unit had a terrace which we took advantage of both nights- sitting out eating dinner, drinking wine and watching the river. It was a very serene place to spend our last couple of days. The doors opened which allowed us to bring in fresh air. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

For starters this property’s location is prime, within steps from the river front (Ribeira). Helder was really nice during the check in process. You will have to park on the street and feed the meter (about 1 euro an hour) or pay for a public parking garage. You can talk to the management of the parking garage directly across from the apartment to get a rate around $23 euros per day. The room I got was 1F facing the street with the balcony. Plenty of space to support 4 adults. You have a little kitchen as well. They give you a couple of complimentary shots of Port wine. Wi-Fi was pretty strong. I really liked the stone walls around the apartment. My negatives will be this; the hot water in the shower was hit or miss. Either really hot or really cold, there was no way to get it in-between for the duration of the shower. You had to keep trying to adjust it. There was one bulb burnt out in the kitchen. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings. It can be a little noisy at night specially during the busy weekends so if you’re a light sleeper, which I’m not, that might be an issue. The soap bed was not working correctly, some piece might be broken on the slats. Also the mattress was stained. They charge a mandatory 2 euros per person per night, tourism tax. Can be paid via PayPal at the end of your stay. Overall, I would give this place another go when the time comes.
