The overall concept is pleasant. Easy acces and the room was clean and large. Simple but very pleasant hotel.

Great hotel if you want to stay for 2, max 3 nights! Walking distance from scheveningen beach. Kind and friendly staff! Rooms could have been cleaner, luggage storage it could have been for free although 3 euros is not a significant amount! Check out could have also been slightly more flexible and starting from 11 am. However I consider the overall stay value for money

We extend are stay here because of the location and conditions in the hotel, any time you needed something for the room or information to a location using public transportation they would go out of their way to help ypu

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful after my airline rebooked me twice to go home, I had to buy and cancel and extra night’s stay, and they helped printing out emails and boarding passes. Good value for the money, it’s an excellent location, and my room was clean and functional. Thank you!

Basic hotel. Service is minimum; they don't have coffee in the room, and you should pay for coffee in the lobby. Clean room.

No phone in room to contact reception desk, no dining room, no parking but wonderful location just few meters from the sea shore and all facilities around.

Toilet paper: too cheap, no hairdryer in the room, no way to change the temperature of the room, No room service :s and no breakfast options .... :/

You’ll like it as much as you like easyjet: not very nice, but you won’t complain because of the price. ***they don’t make up your room!!*** unlike a regular hotel, after you check in, they don’t come to clean your room. So basically, during your stay, you’re on your own. So i don’t know what would happen for instance, if you wanted nee towels (i.e. i don’t know if you have to pay extra for that) It’s the absolute minimum you want from a hotel. Anything more you might want and might be used to from other hotels, will cost extra (eg. check-out after 10:00 am), this quickly eroding the price advantage of this place. really cheap mattresses, feel worn out, like sleeping on a pancake. tiny bathroom, really loud bathroom doors. room is really small: if you have anything bigger than a carry-on suitcase (no joke!), you’re not able to put it anywhere and open it. A random dude just entered our room in the morning while we were changing. We never found out who he was, if he was another guest or he worked there. So uncomfortable. No apology, nothing.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice and modern. The restaurant was closed and was only being used by the staff.

샤워 중 비누칠 하고 다시 시작하면 엄청 뜨거운 물이 나옵니다. 그리고 침대 상판이 갑자기 저절로 떨어져서 마시던 맥주를 덮쳤습니다. 항의하자 직원이 엄청 무례하게 대응하더군요. 처음 호텔에 도착할 때 정문이 안열립니다. 키가 있어야 열 수 있어서 직원이 열어줘야 합니다. 한참만에 직원들이 열어주면서 제가 해매는 것을 보고 웃더군요. 이 호텔에서 여행 기분 다 망치고 지금도 생각하면 치가 떨리게 분합니다.
