The hotel is nice! Restaurant and bar service workers are very nice and friendly. Especially Hanna, Rebeca and Rochelle. The only problem we encountered was that We had some type of bugs in the bathroom and near the bed, they look like small roaches. We were in room 303 and after making the complaint they transferred us to 503 same problem even after they sprayed the area we still saw some. We almost wanted to leave but it was only our 2nd night of seven nights. The receptionist offered to move us again we didn’t want to be moving all of our stuff again. We stayed but we bought a bug spray so we sprayed it every night. The beach is gorgeous!! So it was worth it be dealing with the roach problems. The hotel never offered any incentive or discounts or upgrades of any kind.

We booked 2 pool access rooms with breakfast and got the rooms next to each other close to the beach zone. We stayed here for 9 nights. Check in / out was good not too slow. The location is in station 2 and easy to walk to shops, restaurants or beach. The management should put recliner not chairs at the balcony. Bell boy, pool and housekeeping staff were really helpful with exceptional service. The reception and concierge staff were good too. However, staff at the restaurant and bar were alright not that good in service mind. My husband and his sister got flu during our stay. On that day, he was not feeling well to come to the restaurant for his breakfast. I asked the restaurant manager if I could take some breakfast for him to the room. He said yes so I prepared his breakfast with one of the restaurant staff and he said he will bring the food for him and 5 mins later, he came back and said his boss didn’t allow him to help a guest to bring the food to the room. I didn’t mind to bring it myself so I asked the manager if I could borrow a tray to put the breakfast, juice and cutlery but he was denied as well. I felt this was really bad in service mind and not helpful at all. After that, we decided not use their restaurant and bar during our stay except the free breakfast that we got. The breakfast was okay for 10 days. Juices were awful. Pool was really strong chemical and not clean. We found out the beach was more relaxing. Overall, nothing was big deals. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean hotel and bed is comfortable

It was a great experience. The staff is amazing the rooms are great. The dining is nice with a wonderful atmosphere. I wish I would have stayed there longer. I will be staying there next time .

Disappointing! Had a big wind screen made out of bamboo in front of hote, I guess to block out the wind! Paid a lot of money for the grand beach view room bout could see the beach or the ocean, we got scammed!!!

Spent 3 days, 2 nights with friends and family. It’s worth to book a pool accessible room. Love it that it’s steps away from the beach. And the staff are accommodating and very friendly.

Great property in station 2 close to everything. Rooms are good size, best of all modern and clean. Sky pool is awesome hovering over the beach walk with ocean view. Breakfast is above average, can only compare to Henann Regency and I feel Henann Palm Beach is slightly better. Property appears to be newer which I really liked, not of fan of dated properties (Henann Regency). Overall I'd rather it 4.5/5, will definitely return here.

Clean, good staff, good amenities.

I like it at Henann. But, there are mosquitoes in our room. Maybe because it’s a direct pool access or maybe the previous occupants opened the door or left the door wide open. Overall, I like the service. Everyone are polite , very accomodating and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely rooms and pools. Can walk straight onto the main beach from the hotel, which is amazing - white sands and warm blue waters. Very good breakfast selection. A good sized gym as well.

The hotel’s location is very accesible to everything since it is in station 2.. The staffs are all friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was amazing and has a lot of options..

My family's experience was great. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay in. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The food was also great. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were really kind and helpful. The amenities and location are great. Our favorite part was the breakfast buffet by the beach and the airport transfer was worth it. We treated like royalty.

The cleaners dont cleaned properly the room. Its just on the first day you arrived but afterwards when the make up the room its not proper clean

Absolutely awesome in every way except there is a ridiculous 250 Peso charge if you want to drink juice at the dinner buffet.

Vey nice oceanfront hotel and sky view pool.

Hotel overall is very nice. Rooms are spacious. Staff are extra nice. However, the road or pathway from the main street to the hotel entrance is a pain. I wish the hotel management would do something with that small muddy road, and there are so much potholes.

Staff were good. The place is right in the middle of station 2 so it was convienient to walk around and see other available storea and restaurants. The way there is extremely bumpy (road is not paved) and the street is really narrow that if one transport is coming in, you will have to wait before your transport can get out. The place was clean enough but we saw used dishes just stacked under the stairs. They didnt really come to clean our room. Needed to call house keeping several times to get some extra towels. Big props, however, to the masseus! They were fantastic. Totally worth every pesos!
