Location is everything here. Right on the marina with a sea view and a short walk to the train station and the main street in the town center. There are a lot of stairs depending on where you are coming from but that is almost anywhere in Cinque Terre. Staff was friendly and gave an overview about the history of the area. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the room one night, but I believe it was because the window was not fully closed, and the staff addressed it quickly after we brought it to their attention. Overall, a great place to stay if you want to explore Cinque Terre.

Great place

This little gem of an apartment is in the heart of the action at Riomaggiore! Perfect place if you like a lively vibe, yet nice and quiet if you close up the windows and shutters. The property host is super friendly and makes fantastic wine. We loved our stay!

Friendly and helpful staff. Connection and communication to the landlord is critical because there is no receptionist available except your scheduled check-in time.

We loved our day in Scorci Di Mare. Best location with a great view. Room is very big, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the courtesy bottle of wine and also the snacks in the room since we were traveling with children. Paolo is amazing, he gave us a welcoming at the time we were supposed to arrive. Thank you for sharing with us Cinque Terre history and all the tips and recommendations to have a great day there.

Gorgeous view, electric town, awesome host! Michel (host) personally checked us in, told us all about the town, and gave extremely useful suggestions for how to best enjoy our time. He responded to & fixed a wi-fi issue immediately and let us keep our luggage in the hotel for no extra charge after we checked out, so we could enjoy the rest of our day before leaving. We look forward to returning!

Property was in a beautiful location! As long as you don’t mind lots of stairs I would highly recommend. Staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions of places and things to do!

We had an amazing stay everything’s was just as described on the description! Would definitely stay here again going to asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was out of this world!!

Beautiful stay with an excellent service

Finding the check-in office was a little confusing but I found a member of cleaning staff who was very helpful and took me to my room and then showed me where the office was to check in. Staff at the office were very knowledgeable of the area and helped answered all our questions. Room was very spacious and clean. No complaints, would stay again.

Excellent place, very old building but very contemporary and comfortable inside, clean, with a sea view ,one step to Marina and good restaurants, close to train station. Very friendly and helpful owner Paolo, gave us a lot of good advices. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay, fantastic location overlooking the sea. Paulo reserved a parking space for us and met us at the top of town to show us down to the property. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities including free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee and biscuits.

Wow what a place to stay, the best location in Riomaggoire. Beautiful well equipped rooms. Excellent communication from hotel to guide us in and help with information during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. Brilliant time had here.

What an amazing hotel and so close to all of Riomaggiore. A little difficult to get to but absolutely worth it and the hotel provides good service to help with bags and parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful in helping us easily explore the Cinque Terre.

A beautiful area, very nice property

The view was great and the staff was super friendly and quick to respond.

Our host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took the time to recommend places to visit, hikes, restaurants, and how to get the most out of our stay! He sat with us when we checked in and used a map to help us visualize the area! The unit was clean, and our window gave us a nice view of the bay! Tall stairs to get there, but everything in the area is stairs!

Great place

This was an excellent place. Just know it’s old. Everything in Riomaggiore is, so know what you are going into. It’s incredibly charming, great location and view, and Paolo is an excellent host!

Nice and clean room, luxury finish, lot of extras (high end coffee machine, snacks....). Many stairs to climb, like almost everywhere in Cinque Terre

Loved the location but the room is bare bones minimum. Fridge does not work. Bathroom has mold, smelly and dark. Shower stinks and water gets everywhere. Toilet seat was broken. Cannot turn lights on in hallway until you are up the stairs. Unfortunately trains were on strike when we were in town, so we were stranded with no train, bus, or taxi. Could not hike to the next town because paths were closed. Very few restaurants and shops open during December.

Great location and view. But lots of restaurants closed during this season. Don't recommend to go to Cinque Terre during Nov and Dec.
