Paid for a room with a view but the entire window was blocked by the parking garage.

Great place in the downtown 2 block from Pike Place Market and LOTS for restaurants. Hotel was very clean and modern.. rooms are great.

Didnt love our view. Location was perfect. Beds comfortable and very clean throughout. Nice rooftop bar!

Our room had some maintenance issues and they upgraded us to a suit! Lets just say my wife and I truly enjoyed the upgrade! They even hooked us up with an extended check out! We will be back!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are great and the area is perfect. The only complaint was the view....I payed extra for a view and it was terrible, the view was a old parking lot and nothing pretty about it. Not impressed!

Beautiful hotel. Used as over night stay before cruise. Short walk to Pike's Place. Restaurant/bar at entrance. Bar and snacks also on 16th floor. Pretty quiet area.

Our safe didn't work. Our TV didn't work. We asked 2 different times to have someone come and fix it, and they NEVER showed up. They also charge $25 when you arrive and tell you it will put a $25 credit on your account that you can use at their facility. Why!

It's in a bad neighborhood and smells like pee because of all the homeless people in the area. We arrived at the hotel and were given the wrong type of room(we booked a room with a King bed). When we went back to the front desk, they said they had no other rooms available. We asked to speak to a manager and were told no one was available until the next day. We were told a manager would contact us. We never heard from anyone. The Olympics were happening and the only channel that didn't work was NBC. The staff was notified about it and nothing was done to correct it. Basically they probably get most of their business from the cruise ships nearby. The staff is obviously treated like crap by management. No one who works there seems very happy. I wish I had looked more closely at the other bad reviews.

Staff knew we were here early and room wasn't ready until 4:38 pm after the 4pm check in time. You would think they would clean the rooms of guests waiting instead of guests that hadn't even arrived yet.

Dirty carpet. TV did not work. Room key card did not work. Staff pleasant.

Restaurant and bar was nice. Room was modern and clean. Not a lot of channels work on the TV. Many that show in the guide are not accessible. AC wasn't cold enough for me.

We recently stayed here. Staff was very friendly. Inside hotel was clean. My main issue was the condition outside the hotel. Homeless doing their drugs just out in the open. Our room looked over an alleyway where we were able to watch homeless dig through the trash and a prostitute doing her thing. We also had a lovely view of the parking garage right outside the window. Was not much of a city view as it advertised. The key cards were not working, from a recent IT outage. Several times we had to wait to get let into our rooms which was annoying. Besides those two issues, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice. Just don’t walk alone outside if you can help it for safety reasons.

Clean, comfortable and secure hotel in a great location. Two blocks away from Pike Market Place and hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops. The room was significantly larger than comparable hotels in other areas. Very happy with this choice.

- The start of our trip was a bit disappointing; not being able to check in until 3:30p-4p - We were told the FOG Room’s last call was at 11:15. We arrived at 10:35, just to be told the grill was closed and we actually could not order food, because our waiter had not gotten to us until 10:50. (Which was still before last call) … He was the only waiter working as well. Which was a bummer, but we enjoyed Thomas’ work ethic! He was really nice and tried to accommodate. Just wish the chef staff stayed honest to last call rules - we were forced to order overpriced Pizza Hut instead.

Sauna and gym

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was super hot out during our stay. The first night seemed ok but it felt like the air conditioning wasn’t fully working. The next day we talked to the front desk about it and they told us that they would have someone come up and take a look. About 5 hours later in the day no one had come to look at it so we asked again and were again told tht they would have someone come and take a look. Again no one came. Needed up having to sleep in the room that was about 85 degrees and very uncomfortable. It almost seemed like we were being patronized by the night staff. Other that that no complaints about the hotel or the facility.

Rooms were nice, and an expensive room with a view of the parking garage seems ridiculous.

The lobby and patagon restaurant have a funky musty smell that was coming out of the ventilation system... Lingered to skin and clothing... Was especially bad in the little "store" area... Took two showers to get rid of the smell and I threw away the clothes I was wearing

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we got to the room, we were highly disappointed the room was looking directly into a garage. I don't mean the garage was across the street. The garage it right next to the hotel. It felt very weird and gave a depressing vibe to the whole room. Luckily we were able to change to another room but with one King bed. The lady at the front said all the rooms with two queen beds face the garage. This should be highlighted in the room descriptions. I double checked and don't see it anywhere. Since we moved to a room with one bed, we requested a rollaway bed. This literally took two hours to be delivered. It was also delivered without any linens, so we had to request that which took another hour. I realized then that this hotel is severely understaffed. Not the fault of the workers. Also, don't bother going to the restaurant on the main level. The food is not good. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. There are better options.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean with an awesome restaurant and bar. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The downtown area where the hotel is located felt a bit unsafe in places, but it is very conventiently located, with an easy walk to both Pike Place and the Space Needle.

The room I reserved was not available. Needed the two queens as reserved to accommodate my family. Was told the room I reserved was not available. Settled for a roll away. Not pleased.

Easy to get to/from airport via the light rail. Great location, walkable to all the major tourist attractions, many cafes, shops, and a target! I rated service as average, there was nothing remarkable or exceptional. They didn’t have room service, which we would have liked with tired kids. They did allow us to leave our bags ahead of check in which was great and staff were all very friendly.

Appeared understaffed at check in. Arrived at 8:30p and no dining options were available at restaurant so DoorDashed. My “city view” was of a parking garage 2 feet from my window. All in all - meh

Our Expedia reservation included breakfast, but the hotel breakfast did not open until after we need to leave on our day trip to Mt. Rainier. The hotel was unable to move that credit to another meal as the credit was through Expedia. You should figure out a way have a better relationship. We liked this hotel very much. Everyone was great, the room was nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, the staff were amazing, the rooms were nice and clean, quiet and so comfortable. So enjoyed and look forward to staying again when we return for sure!
