This hotel was family friendly. The property was located in a good area it was close to the beach but away from noise pubs. I stayed at the family suite. It had two balcony with pool view and sea view. Hotel was clean and my room was clean regularly. Staff were friendly. Pool area was nice and clean with one adult pool and a small children pool. My family and I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. Only improvement is breakfast. It would have been nice if their was a bit more variety of foods such as fruits and breads. Turkish breakfast would have been nice experience for the guest. Overall, the property was safe and clean.

What a comfortable and convenient stay! Great location so close to the beach and restaurants and the staff are great especially Kadir, definitely will be booking again!

We chose a room with a double bed and paid for a sea view. We were accommodated on the top floor in a room with a very unpleasant smell and three separate beds. The options to change a room with the conditions specified by us and even paid for, it did not become clear if there were any and we stayed. The hotel is in a good location and offers a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and islands.

Overpriced (in June/July) with minimal facilities and service (you even have to pay extra to use the safe box in room!), but location is very good and convenient.

WiFi was non existent in one of our family rooms, breakfast was good, however our check in was really disappointing, was told our booking was not confirmed I showed all the documents but she was really miserable and told us to sit down without giving us any assurances, eventually she called us over and confirmed our booking but no apology or anything.

Hotel staff were very friendly on arrival,check in was smooth & we were shown to our room & shown were everything was fridge,safe etc....a coupleof the staff have poor English but that didn't cause any issues.Rooms were cleaned daily.Pool & surrounding area very clean,as was reception & front area of hotel.Breakfast is provided but we didn't sample it & the manager did offer to make us a meal before we left on our last night but we had already made plans.Hotel is quiet & more suited for couples or someone looking for a relaxing break.Only stayed for 2 nights but would definitely return.

Overall good hotel. Big rooms but less than in description. Need to check some small things like room during check in (ordered sea view, firstly went to city view). Once have not got towels in the room after clean up. It took time to get it. Anyway personal is friendly and everyone tries to help you. Breakfast is good and tasty (no need to look other places), varies a little bit each day. Good dining area. Internet is good but sometimes it could be a problem for calls in the room. Internet is quick and reliable at the lobby.

Good location, spacious rooms and acceptable breakfast. Cleaning of rooms 7/10 - sometimes there were missing towels and duvet covers, + cleaning wasn't done everywhere.Overall ,it's a nice place to stay for the money you pay.

I stayed at Sunway hotel for 5 days. The hotel is very close to sea only 1 min walk ☺️. I had a sea view room which was really nice.
The room was very clean and the balcony as well.
The hotel is very close to nice restaurants, cafes and shops.
The owner was very helpful and always welcoming.
Kadir he is working at the reception and he was very polite and helpful.

I stayed at Sunway hotel for 5 days. The hotel is very close to sea only 1 min walk ☺️. I had a sea view room which was really nice. The room was very clean and the balcony as well. Otel gayet temiz ve merkezi bir konumda idi, 3 gece deniz manzarali cati kati odalarindan birinde konakladik. manzara cok guzeldi tek sikinti en ust katta wifi sinyali cok zayif oldugu icin internet baglantisi sorunluydu. Oda temizligi kac gunde bir yapiliyor bilmiyorum ama bizim "oda temizlensin" sectigimiz gun odayi biraktigimiz haliyle bulduk. Kapali sezonda gittigimizden olsa gerek arabamizi dogrudan otelin onune park edebildik, dolayisiyla park sikintisi cekmedik.

For the price this was one of the best hotels we have stayed. The room was clean..spacious ..had a sea view and no extra charges for the aircon or safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation of staying here again.

Our trip was really good in Sunway Hotel.
I can criticize only a few things.
Bolcony chair and table was poor quality.
Also air conditioner motor was ground of balcony.
Housekeepers don't clean good without big tips.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Clean and quiet place. Close to sea. Close to boulevard for walking and eating.

I don’t know where to start I am actually shocked. How is that a 5 star hotel. Let me start off by the staff , their English is very very poor communication is actually so hard. 0 hospitality, they weren’t welcoming at all. It literally took us 2 hours to check in because of their problems. The lifts smell so bad , we told them once and twice but unfortunately there was no change. With all respect I don’t recommend anyone to stay at that hotel. Very disappointed

It’s so nice hotel with low rate , the room was big with nice balcony, very clean but needs for more furnitures like small table and two chairs , also needs for free bottled water , tea and coffee.

Rooms very spacious, breakfast was salads eggs ,scrambled /or boiled,bread loaf slices, cerials, cheese, ham , olives, pepperoni, fresh orange , coffee machine..it was a repeat everyday same breakfast! Kids got bored i enjoyed it..hotel was 1 minute away from the beach, my children loved the pool in hotel it was clean .

We booked a family suite for one night, rooms were not cleaned, floor was very dirty. Beds were not comfortable and sheets were not changed however I asked for replacement and they were still dirty and towels had stains on them. Curtains were stinky. Never ever will go this hotel.

When we booked the hotel we were not expecting much but once we got there we were really pleased with our choice. The room was nice and spacious also very clean. The location was amazing! The beach can be seen from the lobby, all shops and food places nearby. Also staff there were so helpful and friendly.
