My second time staying at the Residence wing. Love the spacious room (not something you can get in Myeongdong) and good service. Kevin, the door concierge, was very kind and industrious.

We have stayed twice at this hotel this year. Although we have never received any room upgrade as part of our benefit as Expedia VIP, it is still a good hotel. Hopefully next time.. at least give us an executive lounge access if we already booked biggest room available.

Lifts are alittle confusing and rooms were slightly small - not much was given and I didn’t have even hand wash in my room! The space planning of this hotel was not very thought out either. Have to walk through the reception to get to the swimming pool and gym areas so you get a lot guests walking in their robes through the lobby. Can’t get a drink at the poolside. Breakfast was nothing special but still tasty. Reception staff were very polite and also gave me an extra hour late check out.

I will definitely stay here when I come back to Shenzhen! The view(lobby on 43rd floor)nvbreakfast, staff services and food choices around this restaurant!!

The hotel location is fantastic, amenities are great too. Loved the gym and what it offers. Breakfast and dinner buffets are overpriced so we didn’t use this options. It has 2 pools (indoors and outdoors), but indoor pool was so crowded and full of kids screaming and splashing. Our room was spacious and very clean! Loved the towels, sheets and pillows, good quality. 2 things that we actually had problems with are the A/C in the room and the workers at The Deli caffe. A/C was set at one temperature, you can’t control it and lower the temperature if you need it. We were here in August and the room was very hot especially after we take a shower and the heat gets in from the bathroom. The covers were for a wintertime, nice but very thick but if the room is not cold enough you sweat all night long. Second problem I had to mention is the girls that are working in The Deli cafeteria. We had hard time communicating with them, they were pretending that they don’t understand us. They were little bit arrogant and with an attitude. They would misinterpret information purposely. We had to repeat everything at least twice, when they actually understood us very well. This was on a daily bases, every day for our every visit. They would also let us wait for our order for quite a bit. This is frustrating as this can set a tone in the morning for your day and you are on vacation!

Great location but rules for the pool was a little much

Didn’t like property services at all. No ice vending machine, ice cost 4000KW. Swimming cap cost 8000KW. Check in/ out were horrible. Have to reserve for swimming pool time. Small sauna room with lacking amenities. Location was not great. 20 minutes walk to all attractions in humid hot sticky weather.not good for the price.

I would definitely stay here again if returning to Seoul. The location is good being very close to the metro station and the airport bus stops outside. You are walking distance to some sites but otherwise public transport is easy as 3 different metro lines go through the nearby station. Service and hospitality by staff was excellent. The indoor and rooftop pool are nice to relax in. I stayed in an apartment and it was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The bathtub was huge! Would recommend staying here.

Excellent customer service!

Had reserved two rooms but only one room was ready for check in so had to wait. Also we had to switch one room to another floor during the stay due to water leak in the room (very inconvenient).

Very nice place to stay. Much room in suite. Small functional kitchen, all appliances. 2 bathrooms!! Great location as well, plenty of food/shopping.

I was a little confused at first because they have a concierge on the first floor but check in is on the 20th or so floor. The hotel was well kept with friendly and helpful staff. There was a lounge bar in front of the check in. Overall the room was very clean and smelled fine, but the air felt muggy. I am a hot sleeper and woke up drenched in sweat. I attribute this to the sheets, humid muggy air in the room, and the inability to adjust the AC below 24.5 C°. I was not in town for tourism so i cannot describe the surrounding area very well but outside of the hotel amenities there is a little walk to get to fast food and convenience stores. I didn’t really look for sit down restaurants but from what i did see it did not look like Korean cuisine. I did not try the hotel amenities but there is a restaurant on the upper floor and full room service. The hotel did have a coffee shop but i did not try it as i got my fix before the shop opened. I did not pay attention to any other details.

I Like the people. The Hotel was very clean. The Food tast delicious. And the room was a nice one.

Did not like that you had to pre book both the indoor and outdoor pools even if you just wanted to visit for a drink at the poolside bar Hotel is very close to a main underground station which was ideal and also close to various shops and restaurants On arrival you are met by staff who direct you to the lifts because the check in desks are on the 20th floor (a bit odd ) residents are clean and spacious with all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay

The best hotel in Seoul

I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The staff is also very kind and I would like to use it again.

It was clean an nice. But doesn't feel like a 5star. More like 3 or maybe 4star.

My experience in 2021 and 2022 with this place were excellent. But, it is hard to expect same level of service in terms of room conditions and upgrade

Would stay here again. Hotel is modern & most of all it’s clean. Added bonus was the free hotel shuttle to tourist areas.

Excellent washroom/shower facilities.

While George, who helped me with my bags was super nice, overall service lacked compared to the Marriotts I stayed earlier on this trip. I asked for more water and they said they can only give me two a day, etc.
