Wonderful little hotel in the centre of San Benito area very close to restaurants and malls. Amazing food. The only issue we had experienced is that there weren’t any hot water in the bathroom.

This hotel was amazing from the vibes and atmosphere and the friendly staff it was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the overall aesthetic was nice. 100% recommend for people to stay here if you are traveling to El Salvador

Loved this property. Its right next to the new google building which had more security than usual so it made it feel safe. So many restaurant options and the restaurants inside the property are so lovely. The jungle like dining area really made it feel like a luxury vacation. The only issue I had was with the shower. Hardly any hot water and the shower head wasnt the best but other than that i highly recommend this property to anyone!

It was a nice stay at cinco hotel. The food options at their restaurant are great. The staff were great. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and bambú center plaza. Cinco Hotel is a great option if you do not want to stay at a regular hotel atmosphere. We wanted to feel like we were in El Salvador and this hotel is the perfect spot for that. They pack you breakfast's if you have to take it with you. They also have a Japanese tea place inside the hotel; that we liked very much.

A beautifully clean hotel with great facilities. The included breakfast was particularly good, with a range of choices available.
Our room (anarajado) was spacious and peaceful, even though it was closest to the street and hotel entrance. The bathroom was modern but the shower struggled to deliver hot water. The WiFi connection in the room was great, but didn't seem to be available in the common areas of the hotel.
The kitchen upstairs was available for guest use which was very helpful, although it would be nice if tea was available (stated on website).
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Would stay again if in San Salvador.

The place was perfect for our stay in San Benito. It was walkable to many restaurants, stores, bars, and museums. It also had a great restaurant located inside. The one thing that I have to mention is that our room had a very spotty warm shower. The front desk was really attentive and tried to have maintenance fix it right away. It got warm once, and the rest of the time it was cold. We didn’t really mind since we were only there for two days. But, overall we would come back and stay there again.

Cinco hotel exceeded all expectations. The photos does not do it justice. As soon as you step onto the property, your nervous system is de-stressed. The tranquil garden is unique and calming. If the rest of El Salvador wasn't so interesting, I would have spent all my time in Cinco's garden. The staff are extremely helpful, providing excellent service and advice, and organising our tours. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was spacious and cleaned every day to a high standard. Facilites are unrivaled and the food was delicious. The on-site health store was too tempting, selling original and organic products. I would stay at Cinco Hotel again on my next trip. Sheer perfection.

Is a small hotel but it was cozy, clean and the staff is great. The rooms are really nice and they are have really cute garden where you can dine in. I will definitely return during my next visit.

Mrs. Amparo is a ray of sunshine. Very welcoming and extremely personable. The ambience is wonderful. A very unique boutique hotel; like an oasis. Friendly staff and tranquil environment. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful little boutique hotel with very calming decor and appointments. Service was great and they gave us breakfast to go even though we were leaving too early for breakfast hours. Their merchandise and boutique were very good as well and I admittedly spent more than I should. Wanted to stay longer. Only downside is that hot water is limited at night.

Love the quaintness and tranquility of this property. The garden and cafe are my favorite. There’s a health market too! Good breakfast. A short walk to two malls. Denny’s is across the street and the night life is extensive. Everything is a short ride to get to and uber is cheap.

It’s beautiful, relaxing and pretty clean. The room we stayed in was spacious, AC works great! The outside dining in the garden is amazing.

The restuarant inside has vegan options when you ask. The restuarant itself is an experience. The dining experience feels like sitting in the middle of the jungle. Very nice we much enjoyed the feeling while listening to running water.

It was cute and we enjoyed this small hotel as our first stop of many. Staff was friendly , beautiful outdoor area and inside little shops. Only negative is they don’t have regular milk for coffee. Only vegan options. But food was good.

This is a fantastic hotel, cute and cozy and accommodating. Making you feel at home since the moment you get there and having a kitchenette with a coffee maker lets you wake up at any time and enjoy a delicious cup of hot coffee. Restaurant is INCREDIBLE very tasty and clean. Only place Id like to stay at when coming back to San Salvador.

There are not enough wonderful things to say about this property! This property was in a great location with very comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast was delicious and the scenery in the common areas was amazing. The staff reached out to us after making the reservation which was a month earlier to see if we had any needs for our stay. We informed them that we would need help to arrange transportation to the airport. Prior to checking out Amparo, reconfirmed our needs and we were on our way. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked a return visit next year! We can’t wait to return!

This a cute boutique hotel. It is a hidden gem. Breakfast is included and you have ina. Little jungle garden. The rooms are very nice. A little small but very comfortable. It is very well located walking distance to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a dollar store for any items you might need. Also at this hotel they have a little organic grocery store and souvenir store.

As a tourist in my own country, I needed to find a central location where I could be close to family and still get around town. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious but what I enjoyed the most was the friendly service and laid back atmosphere. Whether you’re in San Salvador, for Business or Pleasure, this hotel is a very inexpensive alternatives to the big chains and you get a lot more room and privacy for your buck.
I was sad the other days I needed weren’t available but I was happy I found this little gem to decompress and get rid of my jet lag. I’ll stay there again… for sure!

Great little hotel with great food, and a very cute sitdown area to eat! Location is great dor communiting to major shopping centers and perfect to walk around to near fast food areas and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the country. I was travelling alone and felt safe at night, i had access to wifi so i could get some work done on my laptop.

The front desk person was very informative about all the hotel.The hotel is perfect location front everything in the city.The only thing we did not find atractive was the breadfast they offerd.But the place were it takes place is really relaxing .

The staff is really super nice and helpful i would just change the policy about doing the laundry over there just for 2 people it cost us around 45$ for our stay for like 3-4 washes other than that it was really cool and relaxing 👍
