Excellent location. 2 minute walk to main shops and beach. Property had every amenity. Stayed in unit 4. Perfect for 2-3 people. Great shower, comfortable bed, great little kitchen and nice decor. Would definitely book again.

Nice goid location

Great studio accommodation perfect for what I needed. Not a destination stay: more a clean, comfy, great place to lay your head and relax after you've been where you wanted to go in the Coromandel for the day.

It is in the perfect location for any visitor to Whangamata - close walk to beach and close to shops. Great set up for any visitor. Karenza went out of her way to help us. All you could hope for

Very comfortable two night stay. Very clean and tidy. Very handy to beach, quiet unit, but you can hear muffled voices through the wall. Lovely afternoon sun.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly neither did the net curtain at the ranch slider. The power had a trip switch that had tripped at some stage so we had no hot water for showers in the morning.There was also no plug for the sink. Not much good when trying to was my hair with a kettle of hot water and a cup as no hot water in the shower 🚿

The fact there is no reception and we had no Hot Water the morning we were leaving we phone the emergency no was told to send an email or text which we did waited an hour then phoned Expedia they got in contact with the reception somebody came could not explain why we had no hot water. The occupier of the unit next door went round to the switchboard and found one of the breakers was off he switched it on and within minutes we had HOT WATER. If the owners persist not having a reception then they should check there emails & text regularly. Otherwise everything else was great .

A very comfortable stay, although we don't see the staff, they are very obliging when we see them. Requests were completely done. It was pleasing to see that they got rid of the horrid duvet cover that had been there for years! It was replaced by a nice white cover. Some suggestions: a firmer bed and a vacuum midway for when we stay just to give it a clean nice feeling. It was very filthy by the third day, we stayed for 5 days. Overall, it is a nice homely feel about the place and within walking distance to the beach and shops.

This is described as a boutique hotel, however our room wasn’t ‘boutique.’ Check in was very simple, the owners left the door open for us with the key on the table which was very convenient. The room itself felt dated, kitchen was old too, however utensils etc were provided which were clean. There was a small courtyard with a table a and chair which was a nice extra. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi network. We discovered when we went to bed that one one window there was half a curtain missing which meant an early wake up with light streaming in. General standard of cleanliness wasn’t too great for the actual room. In contrast to the rest of the room, the bathroom has been recently refurbished, which was to a very good standard. Located close to town and access to the beach which was a plus.
