The staff here is very friendly, and the Wi-Fi works great, which was a big plus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, you can take two different trams to get there. On the downside, the rooms lack basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe, fridge, shelves, or closet to store your belongings. They also don’t provide slippers, a mini bar, a kettle, or a safe. The bed sheets are not the best quality and can be noisy when you move. Additionally, each guest only gets one pillow, which might not be enough for some. If you’re arriving after midnight, make sure to call ahead, as they lock the revolving door and have a specific process for entry. Overall, it’s a simple stay but missing some essentials for comfort. Also expensive.

They charged over four hundred per night and you so not get what you pay for. This is more like a hostile than a hotel.

Hotel is in good condition and is very conveniently positioned. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Despina who was particularly helpful. However there were several shortcomings. Very limited hanging space. No wardrobe. Not one draw. And was most annoying no safe which should be mandatory for a hotel catering to travelers. Also our room was not serviced in between our 2 night stay, which didn’t really concern us but was an oversight, But overall the hotel has a bright and happy feel to it.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Not a bad location, two minuted from the metro. No storage for clothes in room, i stayed 9 nights, most of my clothes had to stay in my suitcase. Towels were changed every day which really wasnt necessary. Food choices limited of an evening and no waitress service.

To sum up lovely consept, friendly crew, fast check-in/out, delicious breakfast, elegant bar, just for a word perfect.

The bed sheet had some stains in it but wverything else was perfect

Everything ok but the cleaning service got in to the room 3 times. They do not have the information of the free rooms??
