Lovely hotel, lovely swimming pool and spa, walking distance to many attractions.

It was nice needs were comfy. Room was clean. The bathroom had a blow dryer and all the toiletries needed to shower. Plenty of towels. Pillows are comfortable. Tv was smart tv. No rush to leave by 11 am. Room cost was affordable. Hotel was within albóndigas distance to Magnolia Farms & downtown.

Typical hotel for the area- roadside near the university. The pool is small and over-chlorinated.

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year for business. It is conveniently located to food, CVS for any forgotten items, and close to main roads. It is clean, safe, and comfortable. I am very picky about hotels and I choose to stay here each time I need business accommodations in Waco.

Clean, well ammenitied, quiet. The town itsself is a bit rough, but the parking lot is very well lit at all hours. Lots of walkable food options nearby.

We've stayed at other Laquinta Hotels before. Usually they're a decent place to stay for a short trip; however, this location is simply poorly managed, the staff are insufficiently trained, the AIR CONDITIONER did not work and they only remedied the issue with a FAN. We were burning up the entire night. The front desk guy came to look at the AC and had no idea what he was doing and offered the fan and it was not even a fan but a loud carpet drying type. But it didn't start with the AC not working. When we checked in, we were never greeted. I literally stood in front of the check in guy for 12 minutes while he answered phones by himself at 3pm. Proper thing to go is to either greet the guest and tell them you'll be right with them OR place the call on hold and help the person standing right there in front of you. At breakfast, spanish music was blasted from the kitchen so loud you couldn't think. I would NOT recommend staying in a hot hotel with neglectful staff and where the only equipment that works is the kitchen radio.

Overall it was a nice stay and the beds were decent. Breakfast was pretty good. My only issue is The bathroom did not have any ventilation and it felt muggy and had a weird smell.

Easy check in. Nice clean hotel! The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good as well! We would definitely stay again!

There was no one at the counter to check out and you had to leave your room key in a box. After we left the hotel we were overcharged by $30 and had to contact hotels.com. They couldn’t reach the hotel either and confirmed the $30 overcharge so we were given a $30 credit to use in our next hotel stay but not a refund. The pillows are extremely flat. Breakfast tables were dirty but food was good.

The room I got was so disgusting. I was so disappointed I came into a horror room. There was something that looked like human body leaf fluids parentheses semen all over the floor curtains, couch, and bed. I was so paranoid and scared for my children to touch anything I had to go get extra covers to put on all the spots we found my son moved the foot rest and stepped in a big wet white stain. Oh man, I was so disgusted. I shared pictures with the hotel receptionist but I we just got an apology.

Road noise

Very new looking and smelling. Check in was a breeze. It took about 2 minutes. They had everything ready and was in the room about 5 minutes after pulling up. Great place!

Everything was so clean. Pool and hot tub were great! Bar in the lobby and front desk atrendant was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Love this La Quinta!
