Fabio is an excellent host and his facility is clean and comfortable. A little small but still comfortable. Area locks dining options but the Japanese Sushi restaurant was excellent and his place is super close to the Ferries. I would recommend for 2 people for the night.

Very modern. Good breakfast. Great host. Convenient to the ferry and free parking in front of the hotel.Try the restaurant owned by the host. Fantastic. Highly recommend.

WOW what a great place to stay !!! The host made us feel like family the whole time we were there. The location was perfect and the room was fantastic - every detail was spot on and worth twice the price. Hot shower, clean room and comfortable bed - it was just what we asked for !!!! Very convenient to everything and just the perfect spot to stay - we'll be back !!!

The facility and owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We felt that we were staying in a relatives home by the way we were treated by Fabio and his wife. The rooms were clean and the building is conveniently located in village San Giovanni. A wonderful place to stay if you go there.

Amazing value in a convenient location near the ferry terminal.

Host was lovely and funny and accommodating. Really liked him. Arrangements for exiting and entering property was complicated. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Good location and safe

This was an amazing room, so big and modern. Bathroom was really big as well. Spotlessly clean. Slight hiccup on checking in but the owner was really nice about it. Easy walking distance from the train station.
