Not worth the money or head ache close to beach Yes that’s the only plus. No dishes in room called said had to request so I did they said they were bringing them they never did therefore paying for kitchen was useless. Make sure you bring $ on a card for dep ( I can not put any specific pricing on here)and be prepared to pay parking and a service fee. If you decide to extend your stay you will repay service fee if you book online. It is nice to know this before booking for budgeting and That is why I’m writing this for others to know. They do not care in the least about service but $ is their focus. Also you will check in at a different building something to note fortunately our taxi driver was patient. Then you will go a few blocks to your room the pool is in a different building which with all the hassle we simply didn’t use. The breakfast is fruit cereal toast juice nothing worth rushing to get there between 8-9 which is also another building. If you have mobility issues the stairs are very inclined. If the beach being close is your only concern definitely book. If you want what you pay for do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache.

Office directions are just a bunch of signs telling you to go right. No real direction. Room pictures are for each lot, not the actual room....so I received a room that was not what I was intending to book, very misleading and irritating. The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows were tough and lumpy, we had a king bed and had small pillows. The kitchenette had a busted up sink, the bathroom shower faucet was falling off, and the doors all had loose kick plates , so they were very tough to open. The overall vibe was bad from the start and I was mad I didn't get what I paid for.

Beware! Pics are fake! Place looks like it’s falling apart . Nothing like the pictures , dirty and scary looking. Nasty place thank god it was only one night

I loved that when I walked out my door the beach was right in front. Beautiful view. The room had everything needed including kitchen essentials.

Location, location, location! We can overlook A LOT of small details because the location was so amazing. Overall... we loved our stay and would recommend to others. Did I mention the location was great?

We first Arrived and the room we booked was over booked? Or not available. But still got charged the same for a smaller room and one that didn’t look nearly the same to photos listed also wasn’t an ocean view or partial ocean like I booked. Some of the tiles would bend when you walk on them, the bathroom door looked like it was punched and was cracked with a hole, also the door was dirty. One sheet one the bed had a cigarette burn or had a hole burned into it. Only plus to my trip was a 1 minute walk to the beach and could walk around the board walk.
