The accommodations were as listed, however beds were smelly and uncomfortable.

Exceeded expectations! In a great location close to the little downtown area of Evergreen. The hot tub was clean and a nice feature. The room was very clean. Lots of wildlife sighting. The pitcher of water in the mini fridge was a nice touch. Would recommend and would stay again!

This property was beautiful! My mom and I stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was larger than a normal hotel room, and we loved its rustic mountain decor and hominess. We also loved all of the sitting areas around the property. We found it quiet and very comfortable, and the owner waited for us past the normal check-in time, and personally showed us to our room. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great hosts, some traffic noise but overall nice. Wish there was a ceiling fan in room since there is no AC.

Dog chico is very friendly and doesn't bite... Female owner of property is very unfriendly, confrontational and does bite. Overwhelming cleaning smell when entering the room but were told we couldn't open the door for fresh air. Was told my friends 78 year old mother couldn't come over to drink coffee with us.

Had a wonderful stay here. Wedding was at barn @evergreen memorial park which is @ 10 minutes away. Owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early so we could dress for 4pm wedding. Property is very peaceful. We didn’t use hot tub but we did relax around fire pit one night. Would stay again for a few nights of mountain getaway.

Quaint property with very friendly staff. Our room was MUCH larger than expected and had a kitchen area too. Internet service was so-so, but that's nitpicking when you're in a mountain paradise and should be outdoors.

Beautiful grounds and nice room. Only downside was a busy road at the front of the property, but once inside the room, the traffic noise was not an issue.

The property is beautiful and the owners keep the rooms very clean. They make the check in and check out process easy. This was my second stay in four months and I will go back again.

It's very beautiful and easy to access, though feels secluded. The Cordova family is warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Do yourself a favor and spend a night or two here.

I should have read the description better. I thought it was more of a cabin setting. Our room was the basement of the owners house. It was nice enough but not worth how expensive it was. It was oddly laid out and the front door was in the bedroom. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way so you showered with everyone in the living area able to see in. We got an email before we got there of everything we couldn’t do. We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway and thought we could make s’mores and hang out. It turned into more of looking for things to do in the area away from the house. We did use the hot tub but it had what looked like power lines running over the top of it. They do have a steep extra guest fee that I didn’t realize when I booked it. I didn’t add the kids when I booked it because most places don’t charge for kids and I was quickly looking for a place. I would not stay here again, but if you really need the kitchen area it was ok. The property is probably nice in the summer but is on a busy road. It wasn’t as relaxing as I was hoping for.

the E suite "enchanted" was just that. in the heart of evergreen but very private! right next to the police station and Library it seemed very safe, the elk are a special treat to see grazing on the lawn. I would highly recommend staying there.

The property was on a very busy road. The female owner was extremely unfriendly, hospitality is NOT her specialty. She was rude and had terrible customer service. Then the suite we stayed in was practically in their basement; it was dark, damp, and musty. There was no A/C so it was also VERY hot; miserable conditions to stay and try to rest. In addition we heard them upstairs, walking around, showering, and using the restroom... this was supposed to be a vacation for some rest and relaxation; neither was possible at this location. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone stay at this place!!
